Visited Sanddollar many times over 15 years. Very clean, well decorated and very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was perfect! It was a beautiful and relaxing place to visit. The decor is stunning, and the kitchen is very well-equipped. It is spacious with wonderful views from every window!

Condo is right on the beach. It was exactly as shown on the pictures. Very spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed it very much.

Fantastical accommodations and the only thing I saw was maybe the cleaning needs to dust spider webs off balcony and inside all light fixtures/lamps.

Beautiful condo with a great layout. We loved watching the sunrise from the master bedroom while still in bed. Kitchen was great. Really appreciated the elevator and convenient parking. The pool was great as was ocean access. Jim was helpful with parking passes. We took our 4 and 6 year old grandsons for a week at the beach and it couldn’t have been any better.

Very nice unit with comfortable sitting area and beds. Unit could of been cleaned better,, under furniture or windows need extra cleaning. Very close to downtown St Augustine historic. Had some items missing but after a few calls, did get them. Kitchen well stocked except no pot holders which they did get delivered, took a couple of days to deliver hair dryers with several calls.

Beds were very comfortable. Very well stocked. Could use a deep cleaning….that being said….it was not filthy but found broken chips under table and there was sand on the countertops, in the cabinets, this was the minute we got there, so we didn’t bring it in. Suggestions would be a TV in the front room, it’s a king bed. The first shower really needs some type of shelving for shampoo and soap, etc. my husband has mobility issues so bending over to pick body wash from the floor was a problem. The place was great for 4 adults and 2 kids. Would stay here again for sure.

I’m sorry you found broken chips and sand on arrival and that the shower lacked shelving; that should not have been the case. We’ve alerted housekeeping to do a deep clean and inspect/replace damaged items, and we’ve passed your suggestions to maintenance and the owner about adding shower shelving/caddies for easier access and considering a TV in the living area.
