The master bath features a sleek tile shower for a spa-like experience.

Unwind in the private hot tub located on the upper deck, perfect for stargazing in peace and tranquility. ($15/night fee applies)

Whether you're working remotely or enjoying a family getaway, our upgraded high-speed Wi-Fi has you covered. Plenty of bandwidth for streaming, video calls, or gaming on the kids' PlayStation/XBOX. Satellite/Smart TVs with HBO are available upstairs (bring your own credentials for Netflix, Amazon, Disney+, etc.).

We are nestled near Circle 11 in a quiet, desirable spot, you’re close to nature yet conveniently near amenities. Enjoy easy access to Sunriver via Cottonwood Drive and the North Store just 0.25 miles away. Step onto the second-story deck surrounded by towering pines and savor the fresh, crisp mountain air. A nearby bike path spur offers a private-feel route to the main trails—keep an eye out for deer wandering by!

Though tucked away from the main roads, we’re perfectly connected to the famous
bike paths. Getting to your Sunriver home-away-from-home is easy access via the Sunriver North Entrance. The home’s unique reverse living design (with two bedrooms downstairs and living area - and master bedroom - upstairs) gives you the cozy feeling of staying in a treehouse retreat, if only for a few days.
Another bonus? Our close proximity to Bend and the Cascade Lakes and Mt. Bachelor, making day trips and local adventures a breeze. There's so much to love about "Pine Cone Land", and we can’t wait for you to experience it all!
