This is a great Sunriver vacation home. We loved the layout and the location. It has a good sized great room and decent kitchen, and the primary bedroom upstairs is very spacious. The downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms are nice too. We really enjoyed the hot tub and large deck. There are labels for all the light switches and where things go in the kitchen and laundry room, which was super helpful! And we loved being able to walk to the Village for coffee, shopping, and dining.

There are a lot of nice things about the house but a few things that you don't see in th photos. The house is not really all by itself in the woods, there are neighbors right next to you and about 10 other houses around a circle. The main road is right behind the house and even though there is not a lot of traffic the deck is not private at all.Another thing that bothered us was the squeaky bed in the master suite and the squeaky floor. They both made enough noise when someone moved around to wake people up at night, upstairs and downstairs.On the good side there is plenty of room in the house, the house and hot tub were clean and the village was in walking distance.The inclusion of the SHARC passes was key if you have children and the walking and bike trails were great.The house is nice enough but we will look elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback. Much appreciated. Just so you know, all of Sunriver is laid out in circles with homes all around each circle. The location o this home is probably the best in the resort due to the fact that it is closest to all resort amenities (restaurants, grocery, coffee, etc.)
By the way, we just replaced all the beds in this home 3 months ago.

We loved it really enjoyed the board games, hot tube, the fire place and the kids really enjoyed the toys. Will return again.

Second Stay and still fabulous
The rental is clean, the kitchen is totally stocked with great tools and appliances and the location is perfect. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place. Lacks nothing. All kitchen stuff you need. Everything clean. Comfortable beds. Good location, easy walk to the village. Easily sleeps 8, could do 10 with the couches. Had a great, relaxing time.

Great cabin with good location.
It was perfect for our group of 3 adults, 2 kids and an infant! It was a very well kept cozy cabin and served as a great home base for us to explore the area.

Great spot!
We had a great time in Sunriver and enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped, had plenty of space and very clean. Loved our morning and afternoon walk to the village close by for coffee and ice cream. Would stay here again!

The house was cozy, comfortable and extremely clean! The light switches were labeled which was very helpful. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was well stocked and plenty of towels! The kitchen is well equiped and had everything we would dream of needed. We had a wonderful stay in Sunriver and will be back!
