Beautiful and spacious 2B/2.5 Ba townhouse in Duck Key, FL. Enjoy the crystal clear waters and amazing wildlife that calls this island home, while staying in a comfortable home of your very own! High speed internet (273 download/10 upload Mbps), and large 4k smart tv's provide great indoor entertainment, while the private plunge pool provides that calming outdoor experience for all. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine on the back patio while watching the sun paint the sky.

Cute property right on the canal. Small bed and bathrooms but great kitchen, and living areas. Loved the patio and hot tub and cute beach decor. Great location for family of 4 (2 boys), to do multiple excursions around the key.

This was a great stay! Good layout for our group with 2 bedrooms/2 full bathrooms upstairs, and a really convenient half bath downstairs which a lot of other units here don’t have. The splash pool was a a nice bonus.

Great spot. Everything was as advertised. Hot tub was great. Place well appointed. Megan was super responsive. Would stay again!

Megan was an incredible host and her townhome was amazing!! It was perfect for a Florida keys getaway! Megan’s communication was spot on which we appreciated! We are coming back next year and staying in this lovely townhome again! Our first trip to the keys was everything and more then we could ever ask for with amazing accommodations.

House lacks kitchen necessities and bedroom amenities to make stay more comfortable. Bathrooms are very small. Host was very pleasant and immediately responsive.

I’m sorry to hear that our home did not fully meet your needs. We’ve taken great care in furnishing the bedrooms to ensure they are both comfortable and functional, thoughtfully arranging each space to accommodate essential furniture while prioritizing our guests’ overall experience. In addition, we have made a concerted effort to provide a well-equipped kitchen, including amenities such as a Keurig coffee maker that supports both single-serve and full-pot brewing, a blender, and a brand-new set of pots and pans, among other conveniences. Throughout your stay, we also made it a priority to respond promptly and thoughtfully to any questions or requests, doing our best to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
We do appreciate your feedback though, as it helps us continue to improve and better serve future guests.

The host was gracious and welcoming. The place was perfect location to explore the middle keys. We loved the private patio and enjoyed riding our bikes around the community. The beds were great and kitchen had everything we needed. We will be back. Thank you.

Fantastic Location
We had a lovely stay at this ideal location on Duck Key. Megan was a very nice host and we had zero issues with our accommodation and loved how easy it was to get to the marina and all the fun things to do in Marathon. We’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location
Really nice property. Location was perfect for our itinerary. Home met our needs and would definitely go back. Appreciated the extra beach towels.

We had an amazing time at Megan's townhome! Check-in was easy, everything was clean, and the splash pool was perfect spot to catch some R&R. Megan was a gracious host and was very responsive. We highly recommend for your home base in the Keys!
