* Upstairs: Two private bedroom suites, each featuring a Queen Bed and an attached private en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms open directly onto their own private balconies.

Important Resort & Property Rules (Please Read Before Booking):

* Pool Access: This villa is independently owned. Guests do not have access to the Hawks Cay Resort pool behind the villa or the other resort pools or private club amenities. However, you are welcome to enjoy the public resort amenities at your own expense, including the full-service Marina (charters/rentals), Calm Waters Spa (day passes available for gym), and 2 Public restaurants (Salt + Ash and Angler and Ale)!

* Boating & Trailers: No trailers of any kind are permitted on the property or in the parking lot. Local boat ramps and trailer parking with boat slip rental are available on the island for a fee through Hawks Cay Marina and Duck Key Marina. Suggested to call ahead for availability.

No Grilling: Per the Florida Fire Code, outdoor grilling is strictly prohibited anywhere on the resort grounds or villa balconies.

Groceries: There are no grocery stores directly on Duck Key. We highly recommend stopping at the Publix in Islamorada or Marathon on your way in or ordering via Instacart directly to the villa door!
