Everything was in pristine condition and the facilities of the complex really thought of everything to make our stay so enjoyable! Can't wait to go back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently celebrated a birthday with family and friends at this incredible house, which is easily one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. Every detail, from the decor to the bedding and furniture, is of the highest quality, inspiring me to make some upgrades in my own home. The layout is both beautiful and functional, making it perfect for a large group. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space, especially the jacuzzi near the pool, with its stunning hilltop view overlooking the lake. The daily adventures of the Lookout were complemented perfectly by this serene retreat. We’d return in a heartbeat!

A perfect vacation house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My grown kids and their families helped select the house that was large and comfortable enough for 8 of us. Unfortunately, their father, my husband passed away on 7/30/25. We decided that we should still go for 3 days to get away. I wasn't into crowds or really wanting to do much. I found my solace with a book on the lovely front porch with fans reading a book. The house was very clean and nicely furnished and had everything we needed. We would come back again. The shuttles run you to the lake and pool. It's a wonderful experience. We hated to leave.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was ideal for our group of 8. Everyone had a private space and with 5 bathrooms there was never a wait! The carriage house was a bonus allowing us to invite family friends to join us and still giving them some privacy. The common area was great. Super clean and well stocked and in a central location with easy access to amenities. We loved our stay!

I wish I knew there was construction prior to coming - it was right outside and pretty loud on Thursday PM/Friday AM. But otherwise, great!

Terrible House. Awful Management.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group stayed in the Dock Holiday with Carriage House for a couple nights. Overall the experience was fine, and the house was perfect for us. However, when we arrived and attempted to go inside the house our door code would not work. We contacted management and someone came by to help us out. They told us to wait about 10 minutes for the code to take effect; which we did. When the 10 minutes was up, we tried the code which still didn't work. I tried calling back the management office to get the problem resolved but apparently whoever was working had left for the day and I was greeted with a message stating "the office is closed, please leave a message." When I tried to leave a voicemail message, it said the mailbox was full. So there was no way to actually contact the office aside from email. I emailed them and waited. It wasn't until the next afternoon when the management office called. I was showering at the time so I missed the call. They did not leave any sort of message about the issue. Our problem was finally resolved later that afternoon by one of the maintenance workers giving us a "master code" for the door locks. The whole situation was far from professional.
