Great location. Safe, clean, easy access to the apartment. Walkable to Panthers Stadium. Grocery store close by. Easy check in and check out instructions. Would stay here again!

Every inch of that condo was clean, it was beautiful and it was comfortable. We felt at home, at ease and safe. It had everything we needed , and then some. We truly enjoy the area and our time there. The host I didn't have much contact with, but when I did have contact with them, he was pleasant. I felt confident enough about the host to say if there was a problem. He would be sure to get it solved, fortunately, there was no problem. It was a wonderful time and a wonderful condo.

The apartment was so clean and comfortable. It was such an easy walk to the downtown area. We really enjoyed returning to this sweet place after a busy day of exploring.

Couldn’t ask for a nicer host! Eric was wonderful to us. He let us check in early which was very appreciated for my daughter’s graduation. Super prompt with communication too. There are a lot of stairs to climb, and as I get older I see just how out of shape I am, but that’s on me not the host! We weren’t there much, with all the festivities we attended, but enjoyed ourselves when we were. Location couldn’t be better. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Loved our visit to Charlotte! This Condo in the 4th Ward is wonderful. Very clean, comfortable and located in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. Convenient to many great restaurants and Downtown Charlotte. Communication with the Host was excellent. Highly recommend this property.

My sister and I had an amazing time. The directions on where to park and how to enter were super clear. When you walk in, the space is warm, cozy, clean, and up-to-date. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and fully stocked. And Netflix is ready to go on the TV!

The Host was very responsive through the whole process of booking to check out. Our Host answered all our questions in a prompt and concise manner. The amenities were perfect for flying in and landing in the rental. The location for exploring Charlotte and walking to a local restaurant and grocery store for daily needs. The beds were very comfy, the kitchen well appointed, the lounging furniture comfortable.

The home was just as described. It was cozy and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Eric was very helpful and extremely responsive. The neighborhood was quaint and convenient located.

Lovely accommodation in a vibrant neighborhood

We booked for 2 nights and were pleasantly surprised at the selection of excellent restaurants, shops, botanical gardens, and hiking trails in the area. Charlotte is a very walkable city. Accommodations were exactly as advertised. Very nice!

Condo was beautiful and very clean. Ice maker wasn’t working but as soon we contacted the owner he had two bags of ice in the freezer by the time we got back. If you’re staying for attending an event at the Spectrum center it will take you about 20 or so minutes to get there, not the 12 mins it says. That is not a complaint but an fyi !
