Our time at this condo was perfect for our getaway! We enjoy making most of our meals, since we have three children with us, and the kitchen was more than adequate. Utensils for cooking, cookware, and dishes were ample. Having the ability to make ice cubes was also very much appreciated. The location was very quiet and relaxing. The close proximity to the recreation center was a huge bonus, we enjoyed having the indoor and outdoor pools! The hosts were beyond amazing! They were extremely responsive and hospitable with all of their communications. We would love to stay here again!

We had a great stay at Kim’s condo. It was extremely well equipped with everything we could have needed and appreciated the bonus items that you sometimes don’t think about when packing (Bandaids, q-tips, bug spray, flashlights, etc.). It was conveniently located within the complex to access the pools and tennis/pickleball courts without having to drive and a great location within Lincoln, close to restaurants and a grocery store. One thing to note is that there is no AC in the second bedroom but we just kept the door open and turned on the fan in the room and my kids were fine. We would gladly stay at Kim’s again next time we are in the area.

My husband and I planned a spur of the moment weekend trip with our teenage grandson. We were delighted to find a two bedroom, two bath property on short notice. The host, Kim, responded to our request very quickly. She promptly answered questions too. We didn’t use the recreational facilities but it was nice to know that we had access if desired. Lots of towels, blankets and kitchen supplies are provided. For the bathroom, hand soap, toilet paper, qtips and Kleenex are provided. Nice extras in baskets such as games, bug spray, sunscreen and flashlights. There is a large covered deck overlooking pond. I would come back again and stay longer!

Beautiful location and a wonderfully clean and well-equipped condo. We loved every minute! We were there for the Highland Games festival at Loon Mountain and it was very nice to leave the hustle and bustle of the festival to come back to a peaceful quiet place to get away from it all :-). The owners are very responsive and accomodating.

Very comfortable, well cared for condo in ideal location. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood, located on a gorgeous, picturesque pond. Condo is well stocked and extremely clean. Location is so close to everything - all the restaurants, Loon Mountain, putt-putt golf, grocery. Host was super attentive, checked in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything and well settled. Highly recommend this property, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great place in a great location. The host was there for you if you needed her everything was very clean and tidy. The back sliders onto a porch overlooking a small pond were very nice and great for star gazing at night. Perfect size for a family of 4 but could fit 6 comfortably. The use of the Pool Building next door was great as well with a heated indoor pool and hot tub. The was also an outdoor pool overlooking the same pond and surrounded by mountains! Would definitely stay again.

Although the condo is really in the center of Lincoln, it doesn’t feel at all like that because it’s up the hill and away from the action. This gives the best of both worlds as it’s easy to get all of the restaurants and activities in town. We found this to be a lovely condo and the recreation center was fantastic as well. We would highly recommend it.
