Beautifully Renovated Townhome - Steps to Park City Mountain Resort!

This newly remodeled townhome is fully equipt to make your escape to Park City a great one! It is perfectly located on the Park City golf course and is just a short walk or quick bus ride to the base of the Park City Mountain Resort and the Silver Star ski lift. Additionally, you can walk to shopping, restaurants, hiking, and biking trails. Which makes it the perfect all-season getaway!

Living Room: This cozy living room features contemporary furnishings, a reclining sofa, 2 swivel chairs, a 75” LG Smart TV, and vaulted ceilings for an open feel. You will love the golf course and mountain views from the many windows.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and the group's chef will love the stainless steel appliances including a five-burner LG Signature gas range with electric double ovens, a microwave, a wine refrigerator, premium quartz countertops, and a peninsula with seating for four.

Dining Room: The dining room offers seating for six. There's convenient access to the back patio, which offers an outdoor table and chair set, and a Weber BBQ grill. * Please note grill may not be usable during winter months due to snow accumulation.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master bedroom (main level) – King bed, 55" Samsung Smart TV, en suite bathroom, double sink vanity, and a large shower.

Bedroom 2 (upper level) –King-size bed, 55" Samsung Smart TV, private bathroom with a double sink vanity, and a large shower.

Laundry Room: Behind the hidden door upstairs you will find the laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer, along with a wall-mounted clothes drying, rack an iron, and an ironing board.

Community Amenities:
Just next door to the condo is the community clubhouse, with a full kitchen, sitting area, table/chairs, fireplace, and locker rooms with a sauna, a year-round heated pool, and a hot tub.

Ski Storage: We do ask that you leave your skis and boards on the patio in the provided rack.

Loved this condo!!

Great place. Perfect location. Walked to Silverstar ski lift which waa such an easy way to get on the mountain and avoid crowds. Bus stop right outside condo and easy trip to Main Street. Condo was clean and well designed. Felt new and modern. Beds so comfortable. I would definitely rent this condo again!!

Fantastic Stay

This property is beautiful, clean, convenient, so comfortable - can't say enough good things! Conveniently stocked with staples you may need while cooking, and many other amenities. The host was also very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others.

Perfect condo for our stay

This condo is clean and comfortable. It’s a short walk to the Park City resort to ski. There is a bus stop right in front of the condo but we just walked.We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place, Great Location

We were very impressed with this condo. You could tell the condo was recently renovated. Space was great for us and the couple that enjoyed for a ski weekend. Home was just like the pictures. Kitchen was fully stocked with the right pans, utensils, etc. Lastly can’t beat the location if skiing. Short walk to lifts. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay in a prime location

We had a fantastic stay! This newly renovated condo has all the amenities in a great location close to the base of PCMR. The kitchen is well appointed and stocked with all the essentials. The living room was comfortable with nice views of the golf course. The bathrooms are all newly done and the bedrooms are nicely finished with very comfortable beds. Laundry is in the unit! This place was perfect for our family ski trip especially with the bus to the base stopping 50 yards away at the end of the driveway. The owner was very accommodating, friendly and responsive. Thank you for everything!

What a great place!!

We’ve stayed at a dozen or so places in Park City over the past few years and this one was fantastic! The thing we liked the most was the neighborhood. Everyone was so nice, it’s a quieter area with very little traffic, the bus (free) stops right outside, and the access to the back yard area with one of the golf course holes was right there. The interior of the condo was very nicely upgraded, it’s obvious the owners spent a good amount both upstairs and downstairs to make everything look and function very nicely. We are saving this property as a favorite for future trips!

Spring Break 2024

Our stay in PC at Jamie and Terri's townhome was exceptional. We arrived to a sparkling clean townhome and were immediately impressed with the updated and modern decor. The slopes/ski school were within walking distance and the hot tub was in the building next door, which was a nice way to end a ski day. We had some difficulty unlocking and locking the door but the owner quickly responded to our concerns. Overall we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend. We hope to visit again in the future.

Epic Ski Vacation

We had THE BEST time here! The townhouse was beautiful and super-clean. The owners were very responsive and helped to answer all of our questions. The location is fantastic; a ten minute walk to the Park City Mountain chairlifts. We rented skis from Jackson’s Base Camp right near chairlifts; great service and you can store your skis at their store overnight. We would absolutely stay at this townhouse again! ❤️

Quiet, peaceful and as advertised

We had a lovely stay - the beds were super comfortable, the kitchen offered a very sleek and open design with plenty of work space and cookware. Door lock gave us some issues upon arrival but hosts were accessible and able to resolve in short in order.

Really was Perfect

Truly a great spot. Wonderfully renovated and taken care of. Everything was well thought out on the remodel, down to the full size washer and dryer in the large laundry room. Wonderful king sized beds in both bedrooms along with more than ample storage for all your gear. Really couldn’t have asked for a better property in the perfect location to Park City Mountain. All of this plus the accommodations and communication from the manager of the home was fantastic. I do not book rentals more than once as we like to change it up, that being said, we will absolutely be staying here again the next time we are in PC!! Thank you for a great stay.

Spring Break

Everything about this trip was outstanding. Any questions we had were answered promptly by Teri. The condo itself is decorated beautifully down to every last detail. The location is prime with the shuttle right outside your door if needed. Or if you prefer, just walk to the slopes. Amazing, peaceful views. Looking forward to returning again. Great Property and great location

Came to Park City for the Sundance Film Festival. This is in a great location for the festival because its right in the middle of all the theaters but off the main street so it was very quiet. Place was exactly as described and the host was quick to answer any questions we had. We are planning on attending the film festival every other year and will be looking to book this property if available. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Couldn’t be any happier with this property. Quality condo

Loved the high-quality towels, bedding, kitchen, utensils, and appliances. Olive oil, salt, and pepper, spices, vinegar, all good quality, and not expired in the kitchen. Wonderful location 15 minute walk to grocery grocery stores. Pool, hot tub and cabana, right next-door, bus stop across the street, you can walk to the ski lift and get a locker for your walking boots and change into your skis. The bus is free and you can catch it to five minute ride to restaurants. You can even walk to some good restaurants. Communication with owners through Vrbo app was efficient and they responded quickly. I would recommend

Incredible all around! High end finishes and decor throughout the home. Great location. Walked to slopes and town. Pool, hot tub, and sauna right next door. Very clean. Will stay here again for sure. Nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Thank You!
