I rent out only my own properties, I do not manage others properties. I develop land with Manufactured housing and I also remodel homes for resale. I love real estate investing. My background is the financial markets. I used to work on the trading floors in Chicago for a number of years. I am originally from NY. I love the west coast and all its unique diversity and beauty. My favorite past times are golf, running, hiking and spending time with friends and family.

If you are needing anything I haven't provided I can do my best to acquire it to make your stay amazing! I am local so I can respond quickly to any requests or issues may they arise.
