This is our third year in a row staying in this home. It is a great house in a good location for shopping, eating and activities. It is close to a freeway for easy access to everything in the Glendale, Peoria and Phoenix area. It is a large home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beautiful quite neighborhood.

Overall it was pretty nice. Great location if you are going to football game. The high touch surfaces could be cleaned better and the master bath shower had no place to put anything (shampoo, etc. went on the floor). Dog friendly yes but the dogs aren’t allowed on furniture. Great pool and beautiful home.

The house is beautiful. It's very peaceful area. They do have an abundance of crickets that do get in the house. They're not loud but you see them on the floor.

Thanks Chuck, I'm grateful you found my home to be beautiful and peaceful:-) The crickets were brought in by the recent rain, but they have been kicked out, lol. Thanks for choosing my home. Kim

Kim, the owner was extremely responsive. The checkin and check out process were easy. The home was immaculate. We were appreciative that this was a pet friendly home so we could bring our fur baby with us. The pool was perfect for cooling off in the Arizona sunshine. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and utensils. There were sufficient pool and bath towels as well. Perfect for a family get away.

Kim was an awesome host! She was so nice and helpful with any questions I had! The home is beautiful and the pool is spectacular. Everything was sparkling clean. We live in Wichita, Kansas and went to Glendale for our granddaughter’s high school graduation. This was the best location…only 15 minutes from State Farm Arena.
