Our home is located in the Green, Plush area of Arrowhead Ranch within the city of Glendale. Located right off the Loop 101 and 75th Ave, it is the perfect location to getting around the city quickly. Its wonderful location is less than five minutes away from the Peoria Sports Complex (Training Center for Padres & Mariners) and Entertainment Row, which includes the Arrowhead mall, Spa's, Restaurants, and Movie Theatres! Just a short distance further is both the University of Phoenix Stadium (home to the Arizona Cardinals) and the Glendale Arena (home to the Phoenix Coyotes and Arizona Sting). Both are located at Westgate, which also houses much exciting nightlife. The beautiful Arrowhead Ranch Community offers mature colorful landscaping, lakes, golf views and parks. It's the perfect oasis and great for biking, walking, jogging, etc.

This beautifully decorated home has 1 master suite w/ seating area, 2 additional bedrooms each with a queen bed, and a den with a queen sleep sofa. The linens are of fine quality and the beds have quality comfortable mattresses. There is also a queen mattress set up that can be put in the family room for two additional people. This home is complete with one 50' HDTV flat panel television, one 46' HDTV flat panel television, one 42' HDTV flat panel television, and entertainment area with 3 in 1 Bumper Pool/Card Table. Each bedroom has it's own flat panel television. We have provided an office area and wireless high speed internet! The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the necessary appliances and dishware for complete meals. This home seats up to 12 for dining. There is a 2.5 car garage, laundry area, private courtyard with beautiful flowering plants and trees, covered patio, barbecue area, and custom dive pool with waterfall. No detail has gone overlooked in this charming ranch home, as we have made it an absolute priority to ensure that everything is provided so that you will feel comfortable in your home away from home!

Very nice subdivision. Short drive to stores. Peaceful family neighborhood. Beautiful home, beautiful pool and great landscaping. Quiet location of home. We all enjoyed the pool and patio area. Park nearby. Recommend to any family vacation stay!

Great stay and Great management

Owner of this home is very friendly and prompt in responding to any messages or concerns about the home. Myself, 6 adults, 3 toddlers, and 2 dogs had a great time and plenty of space to spread out. We recommend this stay to anyone and have been very pleased!

Very Enjoyable

We really enjoyed our stay, all the amenities you would need and close to everything we needed. The yard is beautiful with pool and flowering plants, would definitely recommend.

Wonderful spring break in late February

This home is beautiful, spacious, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The location was ideal for us to see spring training baseball in Peoria, Surprise, and Camelback Ranch. Highly recommended, and we would love to come again next year!

Great location

We are originally from AZ so came home for the holidays. This location is actually very close to where we lived before and is centrally located for our family. Easy access to the freeway to go to the west valley or east valley. House was clean and had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay.

Luxurious, spacious and clean

This place had everything we wanted, comfortable and luxurious! It was one of the nicest homes in the neighborhood and convenient to stores and restaurants. The pool in the backyard was also very nice. Thank you Kim for hosting us I hope you will host us again as my sister lives 10 mins away.

AZ Getaway

We travel to AZ often and this property makes the top 5 list. We loved everything about the house. It was clean and fully stocked. We stayed a week and had a great time in the pool and playing the games provided. The layout was perfect to stay close together or spread out. Kim was accommodating and had great communication. We would stay here again when we come back if it’s available. Thanks Kim!!

Lovely home

We live in the city and do not have a pool so our purpose was to spend time together and get wet. The pool here is excellent we had small children with us and they loved the ledge and the water fall. The home was clean and pleasant.

Work and peace

Beautiful Home

This house is very spacious and well taken care of. The pool was fun and we were close to everything we could have needed. The only reason I didn’t give a five star is in the check in instructions we were given a strict quiet time after 9pm. At home I don’t even have a quiet time of 9.

Spring Break

Pro- Pool and house in a great location. Con- Host quoted $40 per day to heat the pool, and received a bill for $82 per day. We only used/heated the pool for four days and only ran the heater for 4-6 hours per day in the morning and covered the pool at night with the cover to maintain the temp. Be aware what you are quoted to heat the pool.

Glendale Gem

The neighbor hood is very safe and quiet, a perfect place to take a evening walk. The property is furnished nicely and extremity comfortable, spacious and the back yard with pool is refreshing with the water fall being very relaxing sound. Everything functioned properly and in great condition. Home is well equipped for short or longer term stays. The location is convenient to shopping, activities and multiple places to eat. The owner is very responsive (text is best method of contact), we found her to be extremely professional, courteous and trustworthy.. Our deposit was returned within 24 hours of departure date. We would rate a six star if the option was available.

Vac Stay

I loved the property.2 of the bedroom smelled of urine and poop. the previous guests i assume had dogs and kept them in the 2 rooms in which my sister had dog allergies.It also would have been nice if a mattress top was applied everyone complained about the beds were hard and very uncomptable.my grand kids was over and the water was so cold in which thats what we do is our time together.but its my fault i did not let her know in time to adequate warm the pool.i really loved this place and will rent again.im sure all of the minor details imention will be corrected in the future.

The location was perfect for us - very convenient access to restaurants as well as visiting family and the wedding venue. The house was impeccable and perfect. The pool was a wonderful amenity - very relaxing and a nice respite.

Relaxing getaway
