The Paterfamilias is a 2022 Grand Design Transcend Xplor 261bh!
The Paterfamilias can sleep 6-8 people with room for 2 adults each in the queen bed and the double-size bunks, and a booth dinette that folds out to sleep one - two small children.
This is a 31 foot trailer with a slide out making the living area more spacious! You will have a private bedroom with queen bed; bathroom with shower; reclining theatre seats; dinette table; full kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stovetop and small oven; smart TV; lots of storage and plugs and USB ports! Dumping tanks and filling propane are INCLUDED unless you're a long term guest (2 weeks+). YES - linens (towels, sheets for queen bed, pillows, & blankets),kitchenware, cleaning supplies, and a Keurig style coffeepot with pods are ALL a part of the package! Check out our add-ons like grocery delivery before you arrive, firewood and more. Pets are allowed only with the pet add-on fee.

3-COMPLETE YOUR BOOKING
Sign the rental agreement, pay the refundable damage deposit, and share with us your campground reservation info(campground name, campsite number and confirmation number) either through the comments section of the booking request or by forwarding it to deliveredrv@gmail.com .
Once we have received the deposit and the campground reservation info we will email you instructions on check in/check out procedures!
*It is possible to deliver to your own property or campgrounds/sites outside of Glen Rose for a one time fee for delivery/set up based on distance; our favorites - Meridian State Park*, Cleburne State Park*

Perfect for a family getaway!!!
This camper is absolutely perfect for your family weekend getaway! Everything was set up perfectly so all we had to do is show up and relax. Owners are super friendly and so helpful. I would recommend this camper to anyone!!!

Dinosaur Valley State Park
We had a wonderful stay! The RV was perfect! The Hosts are the very best! Friendly, knowledgeable, dependable, easy to communicate with! Highly recommend “The Paterfamilies”.

GREAT Stay
First, thank you so much Kelly and Sheryl! Being our first trip to Dinosaur Valley State Park, we didn’t know anything about what to do, where to go, anything! DeliveredRV was easier than checking into a hotel and the RV was PERFECT for our family of 3.
Kelly and Sheryl not only delivered and set up the RV at our site, having it ready for us when we arrived, but also had a TON of info for us about the park, the surrounding area, and even coupons inside for local businesses!
We loved everything about our rental from you and we, and many many friends and family, will be booking with y’all again soon!! 10 out of 5 stars!

Quiet getaway for myself and hubby
The RV was very nice and had everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The owners were very prompt to any question I had prior to our stay. Which was great since we had last minute changes. They also showed us in detail how to operate the RV, it was our first time. Very grateful for that. We will rent again, we had an amazing time. Thank you The Perales
