We stayed here during Tarleton Family weekend. It was an easy drive to Stephenville and reasonably priced for a busy weekend. We were even greeted with a generous welcome basket - Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Great place to stay! The atmosphere is calm and relaxing but yet to far from Tarleton! Would definitely stay there again!

The house is beautiful with plenty of room. All the finishes and furnishings are beautiful and dog-proof. We found a bottle of wine, a jar of their honey, and some chocolates when we arrived. The kitchen had anything and everything you'd need. The communication was great!! I only wish there was a little fenced in yard for the dogs, but other than that it was fabulous! This is the best one we've stayed in so far.

The host was very welcoming. The accommodations were wonderful and we all enjoyed the stay. We were able to have an early Thanksgiving Dinner together with 5 generations present. The oldest 94 and the youngest 15 months

Thanksgiving Getaway

Outstanding premises with Ilya modern kitchen, comfortable bedrooms with excellent baths, great location. Wouldn’t change a thing.

The barndominium was gorgeous. It was the best stocked kitchen and bathroom I have ever had at a VRBO. They thought of everything ! We had a wonderful time playing games at the property and sitting in the rocking chairs and enjoying the outdoors. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Beautiful Texas getaway!

This is by far the most comfortable property we've stayed at with VRBO. Close to town, beautiful home, and a lot to do in the area. We went hiking along the river and even fed giraffes all within a few minutes drive. We will most certainly be back.

In Town for Fireworks Festival

This home has it all! Wonderfully peaceful space, great amenities, and a beautiful view. The living room was great to gather in and the bedrooms were well appointed with comfortable beds. The kitchen is very well stocked, too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our tween also commented that the wifi "was great."

Beautiful Home!

This home is perfect and stocked so well! We were in town for a funeral and the peacefulness of the porches and wildlife were just what we needed. This home is set up great for couples or families! Plenty of games and puzzles to keep kids entertained! This kitchen is great for cooking, even had a kitchenaid mixer which we needed while there! The bathrooms are beautiful and well thought out! Beds are comfortable and we loved the recliners while watching movies. We will be back because we love the area so much! Thank you so much for a great stay and providing us a comfortable place!

Perfect home for family Christmas gathering!

We highly recommend this clean, comfortable and quiet home! We stayed 1 week (4 adults, 2 young children and 2 dogs) and had a beautiful Christmas gathering with other family members who live in the area. The accommodations were perfect! The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook meals during your entire stay. The large dining/living area was just right for us to enjoy meals together, our Christmas gift exchange and fun family games. To our surprise, the home was decorated for Christmas - complete with a Christmas tree! The Owners had other special touches which made our stay completely relaxing. All communications were professional, timely and very detailed. Check-in was a breeze! Overall, it was a wonderful experience! You cannot go wrong booking this property!
