Multiple public beach and River areas within a few miles and world class fishing is only 14 miles away at the Sebastian Inlet. WIFI, TVs with Roku (you can use the Roku to link most streaming accounts) in the living room and bedroom. Outside shared seating area with Peggys Beach House (vacation rental next apartment over. Apartment has parking for 1 car. 1 bedroom (king size bed) and 1 full bathroom. Apartment is the east unit of a 3-unit building. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests
