Beautiful apartment surrounded by nature,
A walk across the road to the beach or an 8 minute drive to Sebastian Inlet.
Birdwatching, surfing, fishing or just plain relaxing.

The nearest restaurant is the New England Pub for local fresh seafood and spirits.
There is an excellent pizzeria called D’Angelo’s both around a mile north of here on A1A
Publix is the nearest supermarket located 5 miles north.
There is a convenience store called Marathon about 1/4 mile south at the stop-light.
Honest John’s fish camp offers boat, kayak and paddle board rentals and is about a mile south of here on A1A.

Additional things to do
Birdwatching and nature tour $40. 4 hours around trails. Many species of birds can be found to add to your life lists.

Beautiful location, beach is a ten minute walk. Host was helpful when we arrived; they gave us our privacy, but we did not realize until we got there that this apartment is part of a house and located on the lower level. It was nice and clean with a complete little kitchen. Personally my husband and I prefer a firm bed; bed is very soft…I’m sure some people prefer that! We did love the garden backyard setting with pool. Nice spot to relax.

THRILLED with this property stay! After communicating when we would arrive, the owner was here to greet us. He was very thorough explaining the property, amenities, where the beach access was and the Hammock, within walking distance of the house. The Hammock hike was gorgeous. Full Kitchen set-up is perfect, nice soft towels in the bathroom, very comfy memory foam bed & soft pillows, your own parking area, smart TV. We heard absolutely no noise. It's close to a few pubs/eateries, We did not partake of the pool but it was there if we wanted. The property itself is REAL FLORIDA. Amazing! We’ll be back!

Great place !!

Great place. Everything you need for 2. Would stay again. Martyn showed us around. The pool was nice after the beach—comfortable poolside chairs to read in. If we visit Melbourne Beach in the future, we will stay again.

Great Quiet Location

Great location and host. We really needed a few days to relax a decompress and this was the place. Beautiful pool area and the beach is fantastic. Not much traffic and we even saw a sea turtle come ashore while we were there.

Martyn greeted us and showed us around. Great space for the two of us. If the weather had been a bit warmer we could have used the great outdoor space even more.

Excellent value, wonderful beaches & great fishing

Host Martyn is very personable and accommodating. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Beaches are not crowded; easily accessible & beautiful with good surf fishing.

Nice place to stay. They need to update the listing. It’s no longer assessable to beach (as it was listed) We had to drive to and from. Which was not an issue but that was one of the reasons we chose this place. Was due to it stating beach access. Also, vacuum tubing left in pool entire stay. I asked about it and stated we could basically swim with in pool. The actual apartment/place itself is very clean, quiet and nice. But we would rethink staying a second time.

Nice and private

Martyn and Tracey were wonderful hosts and everything we might night need for our stay was available. Highly recommend and hope to stay there in the future.

Beautiful getaway

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and myself. The location is out of the tourist area but close to many beaches and wonderful things to do. The accommodations were clean, comfortable while providing a pool and beautiful outdoor area for guests use. Would stay there again anytime

Great Stay

What a nice spot to stay in Melbourne Beach! The property is quiet, pretty, and well located for walks and the beach. Sitting under the veranda by the pool each morning sipping coffee and looking at the garden was wonderful. Hosts are really great.

Lodging was excellent post very helpful and knowledgeable location was amazing we had a private access to the beach miles of uninterrupted sand hope to be able to stay again soon

Great condo

This was a great condo, well stocked and very clean. By providing beach towels and allowing us to use their beach chairs and umbrella was a huge plus. We loved that we were able to walk to a great restaurant for dinner. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Perfect Birthday getaway

Beautiful South Melbourne Beach

Wildlife abounds as does opportunities for beaching, hiking, fishing. Also visited The Kennedy Space Center about an hour north. A memorable experience .
