This beautiful vacation villa is located in a quiet area in north-east Cape Coral. It offers enough space for 4 people on 1734 sqft and enchants with its charm. The entire villa is bright, very comfortable and furnished with great attention to detail. The view of the heated saltwater pool and the green surroundings, gives you that holiday feeling at all times.

The outdoor area invites you to relax. This is surrounded by plants and trees, which provide privacy. The spacious saltwater pool, the lounge area and the comfortable sun loungers offer enough space to relax. The large triple sliding doors can be easily opened to the terrace to complement the open room concept. The covered terrace area with gas grill gives you the opportunity to spend cozy BBQ evenings outdoors.

There are a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master suite has a king size bed as well as 2 huge walk-in closets and bedside lamps with USB ports and additional fan. The Master bathroom has a big shower, separate toilet area and 2 sinks. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen size beds and are equipped with a smart TV, an additional fan and walk-in closets. The living area is open plan. This consists of a cozy TV corner with a large leather couch, a TV with HDMI connection and the dining area, which borders the open kitchen. There is room for the whole family at the dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and utensils.
A home office with a desk chair, desk with monitor and a TV is perfectly equipped for remote workers.
This room can also be used as a work-out area. Fitness equipment and dumbbells can be used.

2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and 2 body boards are provided.

Smoking is not permitted in this villa.

Electric is not included and will be charged by actual consumption and must be paid on site at check-out.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. No exception.

On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.
