A luxurious slopeside experience awaits you at Carey's 2 Bd/2Bth condotel, located @400 Squaw Creek Road within a resort and spa at a Conde Nast top ski resort in North America. Well-equipped kitchen and gas fireplace for apres-ski relaxation. Enjoy two heated pools, hot tubs, fitness center, on-site access to restaurants, shopping, a spa and golf course; cast a line or bike along the Truckee River minutes away; slopeside, cross-country tracks, free Palisades Village shuttle (seasonal) This is a roomy 2-bedroom/2-bathroom condotel in a resort and spa (Resort at Squaw Creek Condo Association member) is a fireplace suite with two private full bathrooms, resort-style kitchen, and two separate bedrooms each with king beds. Living room/fireplace area has a sofa sleeper queen, kitchen table, and sofa sleeper twin in 2nd bedroom. Granite kitchen has microwave, 2-top stove, spacious half-fridge (no freezer), dishwasher, countertop oven, and Keurig® coffee/tea service. Easy check-in at the 24-hour Everline® front desk with hotel-key access. Check bags with the valet and enjoy the resort before 4pm check-in and after 10am checkout. Daily parking fees of $35 for self-parking or $65 valet are not included, charged by and paid to The Everline Resort & Spa® upon check out. Our individually owned and managed suite is being rented to you directly from the owner and is not associated with the official rental program from Everline Resort & Spa®. There is a daily resort fee of $100 + tax. Certain resort services and amenities including pools, hot tubs, fitness center, cross country ski tracks are available to guests, with some services, like Spa and Golf, requiring additional fees. Enjoy shopping, restaurants, ski-in/ski-out (seasonal), cross-country skiing (seasonal), regular shuttle to Palisades Village less than a mile away and Tahoe City (seasonal). Public Wi-Fi is available upon check-in. While your units are in the same building, we offer a better value. Interim housekeeping, robe replacement, coffee service refills, pack and plays, roll-a-ways through the Resort are not available. Message for availability and fees for interim services, as well as any housekeeping requests, provided by the owner. Please do not place linens, as we are not part of the Resort linen services. There is a trash receptacle at the entrance doors of the tower. There is a 24-hour front desk available for check in, bell and valet. The Concierge is available for activities. Please message or call owner for requests or concerns regarding unit services. Everline Resort & Spa (formerly Resort at Squaw Creek) offers AAA 4-Diamond rated full-service resort in an idyllic mountain setting located at the base of Palisades Tahoe, site of the 1960 Winter Olympics, and minutes from California's North Lake Tahoe. Shuttles are normally available to and from the base of Palisades Village and Everline/Resort at Squaw Creek (check with the front desk for seasonal times.) Our individually owned and managed suite is being rented to you directly from the owner and is not associated with the official rental program from Everline Resort & Spa®. While your units are in the same building, we offer a better value. Meetings & events are commonly held at the resort and our property will allow you close proximity to weddings, conferences, and other functions. Interim housekeeping, replacement robes, coffee service refills, pack and plays, roll-a-ways through the Resort are not available. Message for availability and fees for interim services, as well as any housekeeping requests, provided by the owner. Please do not place linens or trash in the hallways, as we are not part of the Resort linen services. There is a trash receptacle at the entrance doors of the tower. Book dinner reservations, spa services, golf, bike rentals or other activities in advance with Everline® Concierge. If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or excessive cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, walls, or flooring, Guest authorizes the property manager to bill them for additional fees to cover the damage. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the property manager receives information about excessive noise, property manager has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee. NO smoking, vaping, or pets of any kind are allowed in our condotel. If any sign of smoking, vaping or pets is discovered, Guest authorizes the property manager to charge the guest a minimum $425 cleaning fee.

Wonderful resort with many activities

Very responsive owner when we had problems with check in, but it still unfortunately took us a while to get into our unit on New Year’s Eve.

great base for spring ski in-out

We very much enjoyed our stay. The units were spacious (we used both) and as described. The interior is a standard resort decore and as expected (we stayed many times here over the last 15 years).
