Top floor with vaulted ceilings and views of Shirley Canyon, Tram and Emigrant Peaks.

Fully furnished, this unit comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests - perfect for a small family or two couples.
* Master bedroom features a king-size bed, spacious closet, ceiling fan, TV and blackout shades.
* Living room includes a new queen size sleeper sofa with Tempur-Pedic memory foam mattress, large windows for plenty of natural light, cozy gas fireplace and air conditioning.
* Full kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range, toaster, coffee maker and more. Fully equipped with cookware and dishes.
* Private balcony with expansive mountain views.
* 2 LED flatscreen TVs, Wifi Internet, Cable, Blu-Ray DVD player, Chromecast for streaming media.
* Largest 1BR floor-plan in the Village - located in building 4.
* Outdoor rooftop hot tubs with views of KT-22 and the ski mountain.
* Parking for one vehicle is included in the gated underground garage with elevator access.

Other amenities include: sauna, fitness room, private ski locker, laundry room, gated bike storage, media room with big screen TV and game consoles, children's game room and pool table.

Built in 2003, The Village at Palisades Tahoe is a lively European-style pedestrian village with restaurants, shops, yoga studio and nightlife just steps away. Catch some live music in the Village Plaza or warm-up and roast marshmallows in one of the four fire pits. Come enjoy the ultimate 4-season mountain resort!

During the winter enjoy world class downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, sledding, snowmobiling, dog sledding, snowshoeing, and ice skating.
Spring, summer and fall activities at or near the resort include hiking, biking (trail and mountain), horseback riding, tennis, golf, rafting on the Truckee River, and boating, sailing, kayaking, and swimming on beautiful Lake Tahoe.

Our condo is independently owned and operated. As such, we try to offer this property for less than booking directly with the resort. Daily housekeeping is NOT included in these discounted rental rates, but can be arranged directly through us should you desire for a fee. Advance notice is needed.

WINTER WONDERLAND

This was a wonderful VRBO experience! The location is perfect for shopping, eating and skiing and the owners, Michael and Karen were very accommodating and great communicators! I would highly recommend them and hope to stay here again in the future!

Anniversary Trip

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary! It was perfect for us! Loved being within walking distance of several restaurants and shopping. The view from our balcony of the mountains was great too!! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Palisades ski condo

Michael and Karen were incredible hosts! We loved staying at their lovely condo for a week while skiing Palisades. Condo was wonderful for my husband and I! Location was fabulous and lifts so easily accessible. We appreciate our hosts excellent communication and follow up!

Beautiful get away!!

This beautiful VRBO was nestled in a gorgeous area near Lake Tahoe. It had everything we could have wanted. It was super comfortable and made for a great get away! There were 2 nice hot tubs we had access to that overlooked the beautiful scenery. We would definitely recommend!

Ideal location and perfect size for a small family

We really enjoyed our stay! The check in and out process was seamless with great communication from the owners. The condo is right in the village with easy access to all amenities. The unit was clean, well stocked, and had convenient parking. Thanks for a great summer weekend in Tahoe!

Great Palisades lodging for the family

Had a wonderful time. Place is central to everything. Ski locker was a huge help. Outdoor hot tub quite enjoyable. Room was great (modern, clean, etc.). Would highly recommend.

Most beautiful place in Lake Tahoe area

Could not have been better! Just before busy season. Hit it just right for great weather and views and not crowded at all. Village and room were perfect. Parking underground was a plus. Sauna and hot tub were close by

Great location and communication

Unit is right in the village with ski lifts, shops and restaurants right down stairs. Michael and Karen have been really responsive and shared all the needed information before we arrived, which was super helpful.

Wonderful place

Everything was so clean and tidy and organized. The views are wonderful, proximity to the village made it so fun. It was reasonably quiet, considering the Freedom Festival going on! We loved having wine on the balcony, watching the sun go down. It just couldn't have been any better!

Great stay!

The condo was very nice and well stocked. Super close and convenient to everything. 3 min walk to the lifts. There is a little market in same building and bars/restaurants all within a quick walk. Parking was easy, no problems finding parking in the garage. We had 2 bluebird days and 2 powder days...can't ask for anything better than that. Highly recommend.

the location was great, even in the off season. The building can be a little confusing but it's very much a hotel vibe. The condo was great - we loved having a puzzle to work on and being able to chrome cast on the tv. Karen was super responsive when we had questions.

Clean, Tidy, and Comfortable

My second tour of the property. Well-equipped, cozy, comfy, and near revamped grocery store and restaurants. Top floor unit means a vaulted ceiling. AC works well and window coverings block the afternoon sun. A warm and welcoming vibe to the condominium. Definitely worth booking and the owners are very accommodating and easy to communicate with.
