A perfect getaway cabin in the Arrowhead Villas. This lovely 2 bedroom and 1.5 bath home is close to Lake Arrowhead. It has a nice parking deck for two cars and you can enter the home from the wrap around deck. Once inside you will love the warm and cozy feel of this mountain charmer. The living room has a river rock fireplace for those chilly nights. It has an open kitchen and floor plan. The Primary bedroom is on the main level where there is a full bathroom. Upstairs is a nice loft/family area with a 1/2 bath. Up in the loft there is a family room that also doubles as a sleeping and game room with a Pool Table. Enjoy the views and dine outside on the spacious deck.

-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund, plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.
No Cancellations Allowed for November, December, and January

- Pets: We do allow dogs, however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately.

Check-in instructions: On your arrival day, the reserving guest will receive a text with check-in instructions between 3:30 and 4:00 PM.

Parking: Free parking is available for 2 vehicles (Seasonal Restrictions Apply; chains are recommended in winter, and 4X4 is HIGHLY Recommended).

- Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire.

- Age restrictions: We no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21 years of age.

- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.

- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.

- Guests booking this home under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional insurance for $70.00 non-refundable on the day of arrival.
