River Shoals Cabin is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home located on 6 acres on the Chattahoochee River (370ft water frontage).

River Shoals is the perfect place to spend your next vacation! Just a short drive to all the surrounding towns this location is everything!

The home has 2 bedrooms upstairs: a king bed in the master with an attached bath. The second bedroom has a king bed with an attached half bathroom that shares with main living room and kitchen.

The downstairs has a great hangout area with a pool table, gas fireplace and hangout area!

The downstairs bedroom configuration of a queen bedroom with a shared jack-n-jill bathroom that is shared with the 4th bedroom that has a twin over full bunkbed.

Down by the river you will find a swing to sit and listen to the water flowing over the shoals and a fire pit for those crisp evenings. HOT TUB THAT SEATS 6!!!

The cabin was beautiful and peaceful, our stay was comfortable and the cabin was well stocked with essentials. You can’t beat the sound of the river as you sit on the deck. And the location is perfect. We plan on returning in the summer!

Very clean and welcoming. The cabin was fully equipped with small kitchen appliances and gadgets, so we didn’t need to bring anything but food. The area was beautiful and the kids were able to explore a little. The dirt road to the cabin is a little rough, but we made it in a mini-van without any issues. Overall it was a great vacation spot and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book again!

Overall, a great place to stay. We had a girl's weekend getaway, and the location couldn't be beat for access to Yonah Mountain Vineyard. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed our weekend here.

We enjoyed our two night stay. Plenty of room for 6 adults and three small grandkids to spread out and enjoy each other’s company. The beds were all comfortable. The hot tub, pool table. fire pit, and large rear porch were all big hits. The kitchen had everything needed to cook all meals. The location next to the river was awesome. Looking forward to returning soon.

This was a great weekend getaway cabin. The host Kyle was fantastic. The cabin had hot tub, river access outdoor activities. The North GA wineries are also close. I highly recommend this property. We look forward to going back.

Excellent cabin

Very private, plenty of room and clean. Check in was very easy and everything was so so nice. Beds were so comfortable and the whole stay was so peaceful.

This review is hard because we had two different experiences with this property. The inside of the house was clean and beautiful, with everything well stocked, we enjoyed it so much! But, we went for the river, hot tub and outdoor area by the river. The hot tub cover was dirty, covered in leaves and surrounded by spiders. We didn’t even take the cover off. The steps leading down to the river were rotten with holes in them, some of the handrails were not connected and would fall over if pressed on. They need to be replaced immediately. We did not feel safe using them. The swing, table and bench by the water are covered in grime and in disrepair. It’s so grown up that you can’t see the water anyway. It seemed that no one even tried to prepare the outdoors for guests. We had to clear spiders and webs just to get in the door, along with every other door and the entire deck. Yes, it’s in the woods and if it had been the only outdoor issue, I may not have mentioned it, but it was covered in them and had obviously not been addressed. Again, you couldn’t ask for a more beautiful place, judging by the inside. If the safety concerns are addressed and the property cleaned up, they would definitely get 5 stars.
