If a gorgeous mountain view is what you are seeking, then this beautiful 6 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home is what you are looking for. Gorgeous view of Blueridge mountains and beyond. Sleeps 12. All the comforts of home and all the amenities of a resort. 1 king in master with private bath with jacuzzi and large tile shower, all with a view of mountains, sunroom off master with breakfast table and tv. 5 tv's and pool table for relaxing in evenings, if pool or hot tub is not for you..Also exceptional fire pit for relaxing under the stars. 3 other bedrooms with queen, 1 kids room with full and 1 bedroom with twins.
Gunite saltwater swimming pool with hot tub. Again all with gorgeous mountain views. Watch the sunrise from 3 bedrooms or large deck or covered under deck porch and the sunset from pool or hot tub.
Quiet times before 9am and after 10 pm must be strictly adhered to, especially at pool area, due to close proximity of neighbors.
This home is close in for last minute items and close to many wineries/vineyards, Helen, Clarkesville, Dawsonville Outlet mall and Hwy 985.
Something always blooming in yard.
This is a residential area,, so we respectfully request no more than 5 cars in drive and no pooches, unless previously arranged.
Also we do not rent to ages 25 and under unless serving in our military or other servitude capacity.

Patricia was absolutely amazing to work with! She handled all queations and requests extremely promptly! She made sure we had everything our group of 8 needed. She was very welcoming. Everything went vwry smoothly which complimented our fun long weekend! Absolutely recommend this property! We honestly could have squeezed more people in this home. This house was fantastic. We came in for a wedding and the house was a great place to have multiple families stay together. The view was incredible and the house was large and clean. The host was very responsive and we’d definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the pool, location, and view. I would highly recommend this property for families with school-age children and adults. We were able to block areas for our toddlers and decided to leave for an outing when the lawn service arrived early Saturday morning. Otherwise, it was a great visit. The home owner is responsive and friendly.

Mountain Memories

Our family enjoyed making memories in this lovely home. The views are simply breathtaking and the pool provided a centerpiece for laughter and family fun. We had plenty of room for our family of 11. The home is well stocked and comfortable.

Perfection!

This is by far my favorite home that we have ever rented! The home is enormous! All of the beds and bedding were super comfortable! The home is so uniquely laid out. This is not a house it is a home. There are cozy touches all over the home. The views are absolutely breathtaking. The kitchen is fully stocked with wonderful pots, pans, and dishes. Mrs. Patricia was so easy to work with and so sweet! You will not regret renting this home! I wanted to pack it up and move it home!

Long Weekend Getaway

The house was perfect for our family and another family. The kids had a blast in the pool all day everyday. Having a coffee on the back deck looking out over the mountains - hard to beat. The owner reached out proactively prior to stay passing along her contact information. We would stay here again - especially the kids as already asking when we would be going back.

Family and friends down time

We arrived on Saturday June 30th, 2024. The house was very clean. Compared to other VRBO stays this house was represented as the description said. . The air is very cold and it has 4 thermostats. The house could use some updating but the home is nice. I was impressed with my communication with Ms Pat. She was attentive and helped with any issues that I encountered. The only issue we had was the pool was very cloudy when we arrived. Ms Pat handled this issue every day and had pool people to help clear it up. I cannot say thank you enough. Lastly the home is very close to Cleveland, Helen, Clarksville.

Senior Trip

We had a great time staying at this house. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, and playing pool. We had a great time tubing and exploring Helen. We also took the hike to Anna Ruby Falls. It’s beautiful. It was a great getting away.

Amazing Place to Stay

First off, the place was massive. There were 4 couples staying here and you would’ve been able to go the entire time without seeing anyone. Rooms were spacious, beds were extremely comfortable and the views were spectacular. Patricia was a delight to communicate with and extremely helpful and accommodating. If I’m ever in the area I will certainly look here first as well as recommend other to. Could not have been a better experience.

Mossy Creek Wedding stay.

Our trip was fantastic. Patricia our Host was excellent. She kept us up to date on all of the amenities of the house which was a wonderful home. Lovely house with a great view!

We stayed here for a team building retreat for our small company. This house was perfect for us! The view from the back porch was beautiful and we enjoyed having both the pool and hot tub. Would stay here again!

Scenic and Relaxing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our annual Family all Gal trip to the Georgia mountains! The house was very comfortable and clean along with offering a relaxing pool and gorgeous Mountain Views from the deck. Our host was very accommodating and eager to please! I can highly recommend this property for a trip to Helen, Cleveland, Clarksville , Dahlonega and Dawsonville. You will not be disappointed!
