Our property manager and handyman live close by in case of an emergency. We are always available through messenger and typically respond within 5 minutes.

This family friendly neighborhood features old Florida beach charm directly on the intercoastal. Just a short 5 minute walk (2 blocks) to beach front access, you will see people walking their dogs, riding bikes, running, and going to sunset walks. Lots of mom-and-pop style restaurants and shops within walking distance! Watch the sunrise in your backyard and the sunset at the beach!

*Need more space? 2 more condos are available- one is downstairs (2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom- sleeps 6) and one is upstairs (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms- sleeps 7). Just ask!

The unit is on the first floor of a 4 unit building on the intracoastal, 2 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, 3 TVs with YouTube TV, strong WiFi, and plenty of beautiful sunshine!
Bedroom 1 has a KING bed and overlooks the waters of the intracoastal. Bedroom 2 has a QUEEN bed and a BUNK bed.

Need more space? The apartment on the other side of the building can be rented and we can open and interior door for up to 12 people. The upstairs condo is a 3/2 and can sleep up to 7. Just ask for rental info from us, Sunburst Vacation Rentals!

FREE parking available on site. You may also want to explore by walking or bike riding. Feel free to use the free paddle boards that we provide to explore by water! Then take the 3 minute easy walk to direct beach access!

*Your pups deserve a vacation too. We are dog friendly to well behaved dogs of respectful owners. (2 dogs max • pet fee of $195 applies, 2 dogs max)

Feel free use the waterfront BBQ in the backyard and take our paddleboards for a ride in the intracoastal. Need more space? Rent the unit next door and open the privacy door in-between the 2 units, and sleep up to 12 people. (Feel free to message us about this options if interested).
