2 blocks from Indian Rocks Beach- a 3 minute walk! Book now and experience waterfront views! Relax and unwind at this newly renovated mid-century modern meets beachy boho chic 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apt directly on the intracoastal. Gorgeous 2nd floor views of the water, beautifully decorated with a pool table in a family friendly neighborhood all makes for the perfect beach vacation. Tie your boat up on the dock! Have your morning coffee on the water or enjoy a waterfront BBQ on our grill.

Our property manager, Madison, lives close by and is available in an emergency.

This is a family friendly neighborhood within walking distance to many local restaurants, shop, pubs, and 3 minute walk to the BEACH!

This apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 2 story home and you will have private access your unit, which includes the backyard directly on the intracoastal. We provide you with a BBQ, paddle boards, beach lounge chairs, a beach wagon, beach umbrellas, and an amazing view of the water. Our guests see dolphins and wildlife every day!

Renovated post hurricanes! This condo is the entire 2nd story of a 4 unit building directly on the intracoastal. It has been recently renovated and is in the middle of a family friendly, very relaxed neighborhood. It is less than 2 blocks to beach access at Indian Rocks Beach, and we provide a beach wagon, beach towels, beach umbrellas, a cooler, and beach chairs. There are 3, 32 inch TVs, all with Roku- in the living room, master bedroom, and 1 of the guest bedrooms. It has been decorated by a local artist with fun, funky, and unique decor and murals that are sure to help you create unique picture opportunities.

*Please note, due to the hurricanes, the vegetation and greenery was damaged but is slowly returning and we are so excited to see that!

The easiest way to get around is walking or riding bikes. You can also scooter, go boating, grab an Uber, or rent a golf cart. You can hop on one of the paddle boards that we provide free to guests.

*Dog-friendly. The pet fee is $195 for your first 3 nights plus an additional $25 per night there after.

*Please message us if you require early check-in and late check-out. Each are $35 pending availability and approval.

*If guest cancels their booking with V R B O, Booking, or Direct they will be not be refunded the 4% processing fee.

*Pack & Play available upon request.

Perfect stay

This was our families first time staying at Indian Rocks Beach. We were looking for a multi-bedroom rental as we have 3 young children. This property perfectly fit our needs and even came with a pack n' play so we didn't have to travel with ours! Our kids loved playing with the pool table and fishing off the dock. It was conveniently located a 2 minute walk away from the beach. We loved every minute of our stay and look forward to coming again in the future!

Relaxing family vacation

Getting into property was hassle free. It was a beautiful location and walking distance to beach and restaurants. Cooking was a breeze with a kitchen that had all the utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc. A/C was lovely. Location was super clean and beds were very comfortable. It was wonderful! Thank you for letting us enjoy our mini vacay!

Peaceful retreat

Very Peaceful place. The unit was a very open space. The teens loved the pooltable.It was just a short walk to the beach too. Would differently stay again.

Family Trip

We had a wonderful time staying at this rental! The property was exactly as listed, the view was beautiful!! This was the perfect size for my partner and I, plus 2 other couples. We are already talking about booking again for our next trip to IRB.

Great location, amazing view

We liked the property a lot. Large windows, Beautiful view. 5 min walk to the beach. Kids played pool every night. The property was slightly dated, but had everything we needed. And an amazing view beats anything else. We observed beautiful sunrise from the deck. Andi was very responsive; I had lot of questions about our reservation and she responded very fast and professionally. I would highly recommend the property.

We'll be back! A lot!!

All I can say is I'm thankful we don't live too far from this perfect slice of paradise! Everything was as pictured. Comfortable beds. Clean, clean, clean! And quiet. It's very relaxing. The location is ideal. Having that bayside view 24/7 and the gorgeous beach only a two block walk is perfect for us. We enjoyed every amenity. Paddle boarding, beach walks, gorgeous sunsets, and playing pool. Honestly, I'm not sure what my kids liked more - the pool table or the beach. Madison was extremely responsive for any questions. If you go, you will not be disappointed. Just make sure you take care of it so we can enjoy it again! 😉

This home is absolutely lovely! The owners were so sweet and personable. They were very communicative and thorough in their messaging. They even provided a list of things to do in the area. I appreciated the ease of self check-in and check-out. Would definitely come back!

Breakfast with Dolphins

We stayed for 8 days with two families and enjoyed our time. Walkability to restaurants & the beach was fantastic! We were treated to dolphins on the intercostal more than once and loved being able to drop the SUP into the water. Communication with the host was easy and other guests on the property were friendly. Parking was well explained and distance to Tampa or airports was reasonable. Overall, I recommend this property for families or a group of adults looking for a convenient location, epic waterfront access and/or views!

Clearwater Marathon

Great stay, too short

We had 6 adults stay. Great communication before, during, and after. Restaurants and the beach within walking distance. Parking and amenities as advertised. Bummed we only had 2 nights.

Best, first, Florida beach trip experience

Our group consisted of two 60+ year old "grannies" and two 17-year old "young women". This vrbo satisfied all. There was more than enough room for everyone and the rental was stocked with all the comforts of home. Location was perfect - pretty much centrally located on the 15-mile barrier islands beach strip, with Gulf Boulevard connecting it all - there was the feel of a friendly, safe neighborhood with more typical "tourist attraction" activities within a few minutes walk or drive. The vrbo was clean and comfy and the hosts were friendly, professional, and ready to help any way they could. Everything we could have needed was at our fingertips. Checking in and out was worry free and we appreciated the warm welcome we received during all of our communications with our hosts. A special "thank you" to Andi for her hospitality. Our entire week-long experience was great - wish we could have stayed longer. If at all possible, we will be back some day.

Fabulous stay!

We stayed for four days and it was an amazing trip! There is everything you need from kitchen utensils to great air conditioning! The walk to the beach is short and it is a great place, the water is clear and not dirty as well as the sand. The house had great light and is good for a family. There are nearby stores as well so if we ever needed anything it was available to us! Andi and Elise were very attentive and checked if we needed anything before our stay. We didn’t have trouble getting in or with the lighting. The beds were very comfortable and the living room is spacious and comfortable. It has an amazing layout and we will definitely be returning. Great house, great view, great vacation.

Quiet, beautiful place

We enjoyed our stay. The house looks remodeled not too long ago so that was nice. Perfect distance from the beach. Having beach supplies there was really helpful. Pool table was a nice touch. The windows and the view is breathtaking! We have seen dolphins couple times. The rail going up the stairs could use some attention, kind of wobbly. The only negative were the family portraits in one of the bedrooms. Not very appropriate for a bedroom. Looks more like a museum… weird vibe… otherwise beautiful place to disconnect from the world.

Great view

Beautiful view of inlet with windows across whole back of space. Eclectic decor with artwork. Nice to have chairs and wagon for the beach. Enjoyed having a grill, but some internal parts are rusted. Had trouble with keyless entry code upon check in. Few suggestions: Need more seating in living area. Insufficient lighting and hard to control in living area. Need more outlets in bedrooms for phone chargers. Small TV in living room. I texted owner about some broken tiles and spot on ceiling that needed attention. Good location on inlet, and walkable to beach, bakery, restaurants.

Absolutely Perfect Location

This house is perfectly situated--you get to be right on the water (the intracoastal) in a quiet neighborhood, but are truly less than a five minute stroll to the beach and to several good restaurants. We saw many types of birds, as well as dolphins, while enjoying the deck. The house is just as pictured in the listing. It's clean and has plenty of towels. The bedrooms are cute and functional. Every room has a remote for the ceiling light/fan combo and that got a bit confusing. Not all of the remotes worked and we were unable to turn off a couple of fans. That's a small detail, however. The railing along the stairs leading to the unit is VERY rickety and unstable and may cause problems if you have anyone in your party (as we did) with mobility or balance issues. Despite those two small things, I'd have given this property a 5-star rating except that when we called (left a voicemail on Elise's phone) and emailed the managers (twice) after arriving at the property and having a question, we go no response. None. The day after we arrived, they emailed us asking how our first night was and saying they wanted to do whatever necessary to earn a 5-star review, but when we replied to that email with our question, we again got no reply. That may be an aberration and it wouldn't keep us from renting this property again if we come back to the area.
