This property is a duplex located in NW Boise with great access to downtown, the foothills and the Boise river/green belt and the freeway. This house is close to everything Boise has to offer.
Our large backyard has a fire pit, bbq grill and horseshoe pit for your enjoyment. Please note that this is a VALUE property. While we strive to provide a clean, comfortable place to enjoy your stay, we are not a luxury property.
Walking distance to a lovely neighborhood park and coffee house, you don’t have to go far for food and entertainment.

Please note that this listing is for 1 side of the duplex only. The backyard is a shared space.

I absolutely loved staying at Katie's while in Boise for Scentsy Convention. Would highly recommend and if I'm ever in the Boise area in the future, I would definitely stay there again!!

We came down for the races in Eagle. The house was a great little place near town. If we do this again I will be sure to see if the house is available.

We loved this place! It was a perfect size and loved the fenced yard! I loved how close we were to everything we wanted to do. The host is kind and accommodating! We had a great time here.

Property was in good shape. Back yard could use a little more attention. It was clean. Beds were comfortable. The light under the microwave didn’t work nor the oven light. You could use another pot for cooking larger amounts.

The house location was good, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to coffee shop. House clean, communication with Katie the host was seamless. My only complaint was it was so weird that Dallas the owner knocked on our door an hour before checkout to see if we were still there. Then he went to the front and back yard to set sprinklers up. We've paid through 11:00am, and I felt rushed and like an inconvenience to leave because he was there at 10 doing these things. If I hadn't answered the door, would he have assumed we were gone and just let himself in? I don't know.

Weekend getaway

Found this lovely property that worked excellent for our weekend getaway. Very quiet neighborhood and a very relaxing home. Nice comfortable beds. This is a lovely place to stay. Hopefully can stay there again soon

It looks like they are continuously working to improve the home. The beds were so comfortable, and the shower was perfect. The kitchen pots and pans could use updating, but otherwise, the house was great. We will be looking into getting this home again next year.

Katie was a great host, very receptive and quick to answer any questions. Check in was seamless. Kitchen was great! Three bedrooms and being able to do some laundry met our family’s needs! Would definitely stay again.

Stayed for the weekend. The listing was accurate. . The house was clean. We were close to town. Check in was easy. Communication with host was great. Would stay there again.

Convenient, comfortable, and clean

This was a great little house that had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and the rooms had great little tables/stands to put your luggage. It was conveniently located to a major road which made it very easy to get around. The host was also wonderful and responded very quickly to every message. I couldn't recommend this property enough!

Fun weekend get away

We’ve stayed here before and would absolutely stay again. The home is cozy, comfortable, and a great place to truly relax and recharge. The large backyard is a huge bonus — we enjoyed the horseshoes and we've used the fire pit in the past to sit around in the evening and cook some smores. The location is ideal and very central. It’s easy to get downtown Boise, and just as convenient to head over to the Village in Meridian. We come to visit our daughter who lives in Boise, and this spot makes everything simple.Overall, it’s a welcoming, well-located place that feels like home — perfect whether you’re out exploring or just want to hang out and unwind.

Birthday/Anniversary Trip

Katie and Dallas have a lovely duplex! Big private backyard, and you couldn’t ask for a better location within the city! We enjoyed our trip and have said we will return in the future to this rental if we can!
