This property was everything advertised and more. Roomy, great views, plenty of extras for the beach, and everything you need for the day to day living. Our hosts were very attentive to getting us information, checking on us, and responsive to the few questions I had. They seemed to genuinely care about our stay and our safe travels. Would recommend this area and this rental 100%.

Beautiful, clean property, nicely furnished with gorgeous views. The hosts were a pleasure to deal with. The condo complex is conveniently located steps from the beach, a variety of good restaurants and shopping. Plus the water park is great fun for all ages. This was our 3rd year at Harbourside and we’ll no doubt be back again next year.

Excellent location. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed the waterpark, there is something for all ages there. The condo was clean and the views from both balconies were fantastic. Communication with the owner about check in, what to do, amenities was excellent. You can't go wrong choosing this condo!!

We loved the condo! My family fit comfortably and the views were beautiful. The place was super clean, decorated nicely and had all we needed: from the beach supplies (loved having beach towels), the waterpark for my two boys, to the 2 decks and all in between...we couldn't be happier with our stay.

Th condo was well stocked with kitchen gear, beach supplies. Near the beach and multiple food options. The host was very communicative before and durning the trip, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. My kids loved the water park and the balconies! I would definitely stay again.

Having the pool right by the room saved our vacation. We had poor luck with cold, windy weather, and the beach was a sand blast zone, but the kids still had fun thanks to the little water park. The space itself is perfect for a family and Indian Rocks Beach was slow paced with famoly options rather than spring break chaos

Excellent stay and host! Condo was in a great location, clean, comfortable, convenient and just the right amount of space for a family of 6. The water park/pool was a big hit for my kids, easy drive to/from the airport, Baycare Park and Clearwater. Lots of cute and yummy little restaurants nearby. Very convenient to have clean towels, beach towels, travel items (soap/shampoo/lotion), laundry and dishwasher pods and several keurig pods available to use. Janet was a fantastic host and was available if we ever had a question about our stay. We would definitely come back! Highly recommend!

This is a great location for a family vacation. It has the best of both worlds - waterpark for kid fun and short distance to beautiful beach. The condo is roomy for large family and the surrounding area has lots of shops and restaurants.

Great spot and setup. My wife and I have two kids (5 and 2) and the apt was super accommodating - given its proximity to the beach, restaurants, and water park that you literally can see from your balcony. Was nice to have that convenience and also a beautiful view of the bay from the second balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Very well maintained unit, the owners were super easy to deal with and the location is perfect. The 2 balconies are a real bonus.

Great family stay in IRB

Place was very clean and accurately depicted in the photos. Communication with host was great and made the check in/out process easy. Overall a very good experience for us and the kids.

We enjoyed our stay so much. This is the third time we’ve been to Harbourside and by far this unit was the best. It was beautifully decorated, communication from the host was top notch, and the water pressure in the main shower was amazing. Everything is provided to make you feel at home.We love the area because there is so much to do within walking distance and come to FL almost every year. We’ll definitely rent from here again.

Wonderful place

This place was very clean and well maintained. The owners are great! The pool/water park is great for the whole family. The beach is a short walk and they provide all the things you’ll need and more. We enjoyed our vacation and would stay here again!

Stay in Indian Rocks

Joe and Janet were very helpful and their place is in a wonderful location. I would recommend staying here! My kids had a wonderful time at the water park too.
