Yuma Foothills area has great desert and Colorado river access within 10-25 minutes. Wide streets, great for riding bikes, walking, area is known for desert toys and golf carts.
The area is typically accessed by private vehicles. This is a great area for RVs Trailers, Boats, etc. You may see golf carts cruising around the neighborhood. Check local laws regarding road use of licensed/unlicensed vehicle use. Fun area to ride bikes, electric bikes and nearby desert areas for motorcycles/ATV's. Big lot great for parking as well as some street parking if needed. Request ahead for EV charging with your 110 power charger!
Enjoy a giant enclosed lot (low walls surround and a front gate) with optional RV hook up areas. RV hook up will allow additional guest count and cost an additional fee per night. Ask host about fees and hook up options. The two Casitas are in the back middle of the lot. Each has a full bath and there is a full size kitchen in the front house.
