Main House - Upstairs:
4th Bedroom:

The fourth bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a private balcony, and a Smart TV. It has a full bathroom for your convenience.
5th Bedroom:

In the fifth bedroom, there is a queen bed, a gas fireplace, a Smart TV, and a full bathroom.
6th Bedroom:

The sixth bedroom features a king-size bed, a private balcony, a gas fireplace, a Smart TV, and a full bathroom.
7th Bedroom:

The seventh bedroom includes a queen bed, a private balcony, a gas fireplace, a Smart TV, and a full bathroom.

The fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need for a home-cooked meal. It includes 2 electric ovens, a microwave, all cooking and eating utensils, a 2-door fridge with a bottom-connected freezer, 2 dishwashers, 3 sinks, a 5-burner gas stove, a coffee Keurig machine, cutting boards, pots, pans, and oven trays.
Pantry:

The pantry offers ample storage space and provides cups, mugs, a pitcher, 2 stand mixers, an additional microwave, and a toaster.

At the entrance of the property, the front deck provides ample seating to relax and enjoy the beautiful nature view.

Guest House:
The guest house is available if needed and features a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchenette.
1st Bedroom: The first bedroom in the guest house has two sets of bunk beds (twin size) and a washer dryer.
2nd Bedroom: The second bedroom includes a bunk bed (twin over full).
Living Room: The living room in the guest house provides a couch, a wood fireplace, and a Smart TV.
Kitchen: The kitchenette includes a fridge with a freezer, a toaster, and a coffee pot.
Bathroom: The guest house bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet. We provide soap, toilet paper, and towels.

There is an additional $500 total fee for the guest house, which covers cleaning and utilities for the entire stay.

At the back of the property, amidst nature, there is a private outdoor area ideal for spending time together. It features plenty of walking areas with flowers and small bridges. During winter, it offers a great space for snow play.

Other Things to Note:
The city of Big Bear Lake does not allow any events at this location. Only to be used a vacation rental.
