The minute you enter the doors to this condo, you'll be primed for luxury. Located on Gulf Boulevard, right on the ocean. If you are looking for luxury living, this is the spot. It is right on the Gulf of Mexico where you can watch breathtaking sunrises and romantic sunsets. From the balcony, you will have a view of both the ocean and the pool. The resort has a private pool overlooking the ocean. It is walking distance from restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. A Spectacular Vacation Spot!

Located just 4 miles north of the hub of the city center, the beaches go on forever and are sparsely populated, giving you freedom from vendors and crowds. There are three great restaurants within easy walking distance. It's a quick ride in an open-air taxi or the bus to reach the Golden Zone or downtown with a huge variety of shops and restaurants. We are located in a very safe area and you can feel comfortable for those early morning or evening walks. The ocean is suitable for swimming, boogie boarding, and surfing. Palapas just in front of the condo protect you from the mid-day sun and the beautiful pool is large and great for lap swimming, or just playing. Sleeps up to 8 with a king bed in the master bedroom. 2006 Brand New Condo. Super spacious 1850+ sq.ft. of luxurious living on the fabulous Gulf of Mexico.

Most comfortable and beautiful property in Redington

Decor was tasteful, comfortable and inviting. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking in, but location had plenty of options for eating out as well. The views from the balcony were incredible. Pool area was well maintained and peaceful. Access to the beach was easy. Owner was easy to work with. A+ property

Wonderful two months in Redington Beach!

Entire experience in #302 was wonderful. Condo had a huge balcony with an amazing view. The 4 of us stayed for month of August 2020. What a great place to quarantine at. Everything you could need for a beach stay was there. Enormous Kitchen, 3 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms. Master had a king bed, garden tub and separate shower, 2nd bdr had a Queen bed with a ensuite bathroom with shower, 3rd bdr had a full bd and bathroom in hallway with shower. It was perfect for the 4 of us. Beds were so comfortable and the double pane sliding glass doors leading out to balcony kept any unwanted noise out. Grounds are kept emaculate. 2 stainless gas grills with about a dozen tables with umbrellas that always were ready for the family's cookout by pool and 2 jacuzzi's. Plenty of lounge chairs also with umbrellas to relax on. Great location in Redington Beach with miles of beach to walk either way or the privacy with plenty of beach to play football, throw a frisbee or skim or boogie board without getting in anyone's way. The place is gated and keyless. No worries about carrying around keys and you always feel safe. The condo also offers 1 covered parking space under building for those rainey days. There is also plenty gated guest parking spaces. Location is also dog friendly with a dog park on premise. We had a 4 lb Yorkie with us but they cannot be on beach. Many restaurants around us for the days we did not want to cook. Plenty of activities around. We rented a pontoon several days, John's Pass that has a boardwalk with many shops, ice cream, fishing charters, and many restaurants. There are a couple mini golf courses and grocery stores all a short distance from Condo. We are Floridians and vacation on the Gulf Coast beaches all our lives. This place will be on our must stay again places. We met the owner and you couldn't find a nicer person. He made our stay a dream. Thank you Steve, The Coronado's and Hughes. Hope to see you soon.🌴😎

Delightful stay

Very nice property and very well appointed. So convenient to everything and we found it to be quiet and friendly. Comfortable beds and pillows and plenty towels and linens, books and local magazines. Huge kitchen. Hope to stay again next year!

Excellent location and great place to stay!

The condo is very nice, clean, and spacious. The kitchen area is more than roomy and equipped with every utensil that we needed. Bedrooms were large enough...especially the master suite. The pool and grill areas were awesome. The beach was very well maintained and Patrolled several times a day. There are many things to do in the area. We took a trip to Johns Pass several times. Once to take a on the Pirate Ship then to Hubbard's Marina to go deep sea fishing. Great experiences for all! I highly recommend this place!

Relaxing and enjoyable

Beautiful property and condo. The owner Steve is very accommodating and friendly. He has been available in a timely manner for any questions we might have. Would recommend this condo and would rent again. Had a great time !

Our family had an awesome month long beach getaway! Most relaxing vacation we have ever taken! The owners of the condo are great to work with and made our first experience using VRBO a positive one! They were available to answer any questions that we had and were very helpful. The 3 bedroom/3 bath condo is beautiful and there is plenty of room for a family to stay. The condo had everything we needed. We felt like we were at home! The views of the ocean from the condo are gorgeous! The HOA of the condo building definitely maintain it in excellent condition. The ocean and poolside were great and there is even multiple grills to use near the pool. We highly recommend this gorgeous beachfront condo and we are already looking forward to coming back!!

From the moment you wake, you hear the peaceful sound of waves lapping the shore! From the large balcony, where you will spend countless hours enjoying the view of the gulf, to the pristine pool, lush landscapes, comfortable decor of the condo, peaceful neighborhood so close to all the excitement the Florida gulf coast has to offer. Wonderful Property with Amazing Sunsets

Had a wonderful six week stay. Property exceeded my expectations. It is well maintained and any questions I had were immediately responded to. The pictures do not do this condo justice! The large balcony had a table and chairs you can eat breakfast and dinner while listening to the ocean and watching sunsets. Kitchen has lots of space and was well stocked with everything you need. The area is not as commercial as some along the Gulf. Quieter while still having access to everything you need with in 10-15 minutes. Highly recommended and would definitely rent here again.

Wonderful Christmas

Beautiful condo furnished with everything we needed for a wonderful holiday vacation. The view is fantastic over the pool and beach and we loved the Sunsets from the deck. Our grandson enjoyed the city park on the intercostal with the circuit training. We watched the Christmas boat parade from the shores of a restaurant within walking distance - what a treat! We bought fresh fish from the market across the street and BBQd for Christmas Day. The boys made friends with a family at the pool while I read a trashy novel I picked up from the condo library. Thank you for the wonderful vacation and great memories!

exceptional condo on the beach

This 3 bedroom condo is the nicest we have stayed in on the Gulf. It is extra spacious so guests that stayed with us part of the month had their own personal space. It was quiet and comfortable. The pictures shown with the listing are very accurate.The condo is very clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. The view of the Gulf from the third floor balcony was perfect. Redington Shores is not as commercial as some areas; therefore, the beach was never too busy. Access to the elevator across the hall takes you to an extremely well maintained entrance, personal access codes always made you feel safe. The Doubletree Hilton, where there is a public bar/restaurant on the beach, is an easy walk south. Although there are not many restaurants within walking distance, it is an easy drive north to Guppy's in Indian Rocks or south to John's Pass and Treasure Island. We always had immediate replies from the owner if we had questions. I would highly recommend this condo and the property

We had a great time!! Beautiful view of sunsets daily and we saw dolphins swimming in front of condo almost every day. Condo is very clean. Pool area and grill area are very clean and well maintained. This condo I would recommend to almost any one. It will easily sleep 6 very comfortably. We golfed, shopped, lots of walking and just sight seeing. Any kind of restaurant u could imagine!!

Luxury Vacation Rental - Video tour is extremely helpful in making a decision.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for a month and found it to be as described on the VRBO website. The pictures were accurate and the condo itself was beautifully maintained and clean. As well, the entire building, grounds and pool area were kept in mint condition. The owner was helpful, as on our first day we realized the phone was not working. Within an hour he arrived with a new phone which he installed immediately.As well, he was helpful in connecting my computer before he left. All the rooms were beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need for cooking. Johns Pass is an interesting place to visit where you will find para sailing, a casino cruise and many restaurants and stores to visit. There is bus trolley service to Clearwater Beach and St. Petes for a reasonable rate. Big Cat Rescue in Tampa is a wonderful family outing as well as Honeymoon Beach which is also reasonably priced. I highly recommend this condo for anyone wanting to have a peaceful holiday in a lovely location.

Beautiful condo in paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Bahia Mar. The condo is everything that is advertised and more. It is beautifully furnished and emaculately clean. A terrific value for three couples or a large family. Beach aces is very close by and the beach is very wide and beautiful. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance.

My wife and I have rented several condos "on the beach" over the years. This one has been one of the best, if not the best. There are places with larger and better heated pools and that's about our only complaints and lowering the grade a little bit from "Excellent". In particular, we enjoyed the balcony with a nice group of furnitures for meals and drinks. Also, the condo is well furnished and done so in a very tasteful way.

AWESOME Condo!

My husband and I rented this beautiful condo for the entire summer of 2011. It is absolutely fantastic. The decor is tasteful and comfortable and the VIEW is to die for! The complex is quiet and well maintained. Often we had the pool to ourselves for hours at a time. There are great restaurants very nearby and a small fishmarket right across the street. Downtown St. Petersburg is minutes away where we especially enjoyed the Pier and the museums including the new Dali museum. Our grandchildren liked the "Candy Kitchen" shop and the fishing pier that is only a block away. The beach here is wide and white. When the tide is out there are small tidal pools for the children to explore and splash through. I was new to VRBO.com and there were many to chose from. As a Realtor I was familiar with La Vistana and knew this condo would be like new and very upscale. If you are indecisive about where to stay PICK THIS ONE!!!

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo complex. Everything was perfect, including the location, convenience, beach, and of course the condo itself. The only things that I can think of to improve our stay would be a storage area for beach chairs and possibly stools for the bar area in the condo, but these are very minor issues. We would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing atmosphere that is convenient to many excellent restaurants and recreational activities.

We are business owners from Minnesota who love relaxing when we can. We've been married for 32 years and are very family oriented. We have two sons, one daughter, two daughter in laws and two grand daughters. We stay active by bike riding, dancing, cross country skiing, and morning walks on the beach. We enjoy traveling and love finding new restaurants!

This is a great location because it is in a relaxed environment, but is close to the action of Clearwater Beach. The beach that is just footsteps away from our condo is not a very busy beach! It is great for kids and having romantic walks. There are a lot of restaurants near by and a grocery store that is in walking distance.
