BRAND NEW BUILDING with Elevator

UNIT 405 - This apartment is on the RIGHT SIDE of the building when you are facing the beach. Our NEW COASTAL STYLE BUILDING features SIX APARTMENTS. There are two apartments per floor.

UNIT 405 is a TWO BEDROOM / TWO BATHROOM beautiful direct BEACHFRONT with an EXTRA-LARGE balcony facing the beach. The balcony is perfect for outside dining.

Relaxed Florida casual décor. Super comfortable beds.

Fees include EVERYTHING YOU NEED for an amazing beach vacation: paddle board, skim boards, canoes, beach chairs, all kinds of beach toys, beach umbrella and beach towels. There are two BBQ grills on the property. Each apartment provides 2 parking spaces. Also there is a WASHER and DRYER in each unit.

There is also an ELEVATOR for those that wish to avoid stairs. A HEATED SWIMMING POOL makes it all complete! There are BBQ grills in the pool area for fun beach / poolside dining.

There are two apartments on each floor. So, if you have another family or a larger group you wish to travel with, you can search ID#2502594 (unit 406) for availability, and reserve both units, which would give you the luxury of the entire floor!

Indian Rocks Beach has many wonderful restaurants and fun attractions located close by.

Great place on the gulf. Comfortable with all the amenities, well stocked with anything you might need for a few days at the beach. The owner and the building manager are available to help and solve problems quickly. The building is easy to get to and close to restaurants. Very accessible, elevator and beach access were great for my elderly mother.

Both, the host and the property manager were very nice and accommodating. The rental was extremely clean and stocked with the essentials. The excellent view and distance to the beach cannot be beat. The property's pool was cleaned daily and was a great setting for watching the water..

Love this place! Have stayed at IRB several times and this is now our favorite and go-to location from now on. Unit spotless, well equipped and plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. Can't go wrong with this place!

Family Trip

Such a great place to stay with our two young kids. Easy to get to the beach - warm pool and an elevator to make getting your luggage and beach gear up and down easily!

An absolutely perfect start to our vacation! Beautiful property right on the beach with everything you could ever need. We had such a great time even with a tropical storm rolling thru!

Beautiful beachfront and all the amenities you could ask for.

This property is clean, well furnished and absolutely perfectly located - steps from the beach and also from a wonderful diner, French bakery, and bar/restaurant. It’s also reasonable drive to Orlando if that’s in your plan.

Tommy’s on the beach is spectacular! They have everything you need for a beach vacation! Location was wonderful walking distance to several great restaurants and ice cream! We will be returning!!

Great place for adults and kids

Pool is lovely and WARM Beach is one step off the property. Condo is compact with everything you need. Love large balcony. Great restaurants and playgrounds are steps away. So nice we could bring our pup
