Welcome to The Marquise, a cozy 1-bedroom condo perfectly situated in Whistler's Benchlands, just a short 2-minute walk to ski-in/ski-out access on Blackcomb Mountain. Ideal for year-round getaways, this dog-friendly retreat offers the best of both convenience and comfort, being just steps from trails, transit, and the Upper Village's shops and restaurants. Whether you're planning a ski trip, mountain biking adventure, or simply a peaceful alpine escape, The Marquise is a fantastic base for your Whistler vacation.

Inside, enjoy a welcoming open-plan living space featuring a gas fireplace, smart TV with cable, and a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. A window A/C unit in the living area and fans in each room help keep things cool in summer, while a private balcony invites you to take in the fresh mountain air. With a queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, this condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Additional perks include access to a year-round pool, hot tub, sauna, small fitness suite, ski/bike storage, and secure underground parking.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:
* This unit has one window A/C in the living room area. We supply one fan per bedroom.
* The common area pool & hot tub is available for guests to use at their own discretion. We appreciate your understanding should these facilities close on short notice due to maintenance or health & safety.
* No events, parties, or large groups.
* No smoking

Guests must be 25 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given. Harmony Whistler retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met and no refund will be provided. NO GROUPS.

Whistler is pet friendly and so is 307 Marquise. One, well behaved dog under 50Ibs is welcomed. If bringing a dog, this must be discussed and approved prior to booking. Kindly note that there is an additional $30/night pet fee for their stay. Sorry, but unfortunately, we are unable to accept cats.

All rates are subject to a 5% GST, 8% PST, 3% hotel tax & 7% booking fee.

Kindly note that there is a an additional guest fee of $25/night per guest above the standard occupancy.

Prior to check-in, guests will be required to provide a credit card plus photo identification for a pre-authorization of $500. The credit card may be charged up to $500 after departure if the property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing. The credit card provided must be in the name of the main guest.

Nice Location

Very nice location. The driveway is right next to the free bus stop that takes you around Whistler and Blackcomb. The view to outside is very private behind large pine trees. Property was exactly as described. Easy walking access (5 minutes) to upper village grocery and liquor store.

Convenient and comfortable

Condo was eight doors down from the elevator, so close enough without the noise. The furniture is comfortable and the new carpet nicely padded - feet really appreciated it after being in ski boots for hours!

Whistler spring

The condo is lovely with a view of mountains and Doug fir. Nicely furnished. Swam in the outdoor pool while it was snowing -- what a treat! Had a problem with the keypad but the rental agency responded right away even though it was after hours -- greatly appreciated!

The condo is clean and nicely decorated. Storage space was minimal. During rainy nights there was a constant dripping noise from the rain hitting the AC just outside the living room. The sofa bed is bot confortable. We loved the swimming pool!

Well equipped unit

Everything was great. The Fulton mattress is thin, only kids slept in it so it worked well for us. But and adult May not be very comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Marquise. The room was impeccable and equipped with everything we needed. The complimentary bottle of wine and welcome note were lovely touches that set the tone for an enjoyable stay. Marquise ski in ski out

This is a great property in the Marquise which is very nice with fresh new carpet and a lovely fireplace with a view of the trees. It’s freshly furnished with comfortable bed. The only thing we could fault was that the kitchen brush was dirty and there was no soap in any of the dispensers by any of the taps . This was a housekeeping issue easily resolved. It’s a great apartment.

Fantastic Suite

Really liked the Room honestly, was clean and tidy. Have to mention the carpet was something the minute you put your foot on it, feels so relaxing and that's make it special for me at least. Everything was perfect, quiet and the accomodations were top nuch as well, even have a lot of stuff in the kitchen as well if you wanna cook for yourself such as pan and spices for cooking. One thing to add on is a shoe rack I'll suggest for the building manager to buy from IkEA, just pust it under the mirror in front of the door it would be better by my understanding. Overall gonna visit again.

Perfekt für ein paar Tage in Whistler

Die Lage ist ideal: In nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 3 Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht man die Fußgängerzone und den Lift. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war hervorragend. Als unser Thermometer nicht funktionierte, wurde sofort auf das Problem reagiert. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man benötigt und noch mehr. Der Wellnessbereich ist perfekt, um nach einem aktiven Tag in der Natur zu entspannen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder mieten.
