We had a great experience at The Hutt! Perfect for our party of 15! Kitchen couldn’t have been stocked better with all you need or want. We enjoyed all the games available onsite and theater room but also rented a boat for a day, went to the beach, Sunset Marina, fed the turtles, and did a Hibatchi night at Mike’s recommendation! Had some minor issues with some appliances but Mike was very responsive and it didn’t impact our stay whatsoever. This was a family vacation for our group but this property would be especially enjoyable for an adults trip.

Great house and great host. We had a group of three families totaling 14 guests and had plenty of space and entertainment to keep everyone busy. Perfect setting for getting together for a long weekend to celebrate the holidays.

Family get together at Dale Hollow

Being able to put all 20 of us in one beautiful place with plenty of things to do for the younger grandchildren, teenagers and adults. This place is ideal for being a short distance from Sunset Marine and Dale Hollow Lake. Thank you, Michael

Amazing spot.

Very clean, something out of a reality show honestly. Beautiful lake and great area. Recommend it to any group. The owner was very responsive and it is obvious the love he has for the place.

Fall Getaway

Great weekend at the “Hutt.” Gathered here with friends and family to celebrate my 50th birthday. Awesome indoor and outdoor spaces to hang out, we really enjoyed the fire features, pickle ball and the movie theatre was quite the hit between classics and college football. I’d recommend to anyone and the host was very welcoming.

Amazing weekend!!!

This place is so beautiful and is perfect for a getaway with friends and/or family. There are so many things to do at the house and it’s located 5 min from Sunset Marina. Mike was so helpful the entire time it we had any questions. Plenty of room in the house for 20 people and we will definitely come back one day. One of my favorite trips ever!

Incredible property!!!!

Annual trip with my buddies. The property is just amazing. We had 10-12 depending on the day, and we could have easily had another 8-10 and everyone would have had room, etc. Bball court is amazing, movie theater room is excellent, and in general, a luxury accommodation!!!!

New Years Family Fun

This property was incredible! They had everything that we needed, and more! There’s plenty of space and everyone slept comfortably. Adults and kids had fun playing basketball, air hockey and chillen in the movie room. We had a blast with kids but can’t wait to come back for an adult trip. Highly recommend.

Spoiled by the Hut!

Very cool vibe at the Hut!! Loved all the King beds with soft bedding and comfortable pillows! Plenty of bathrooms! Great dining spaces inside and out! Well stocked kitchen! Fireplaces, sports court, air hockey plus theatre room provided plenty of fun after a day on the lake! Host was great! Mike went the extra mile to accommodate our family reunion! Thanks so much!

Best last minute getaway!

Our stay at The Hutt was fabulous. Traveling with kids of all ages & multiple families can be a task & a half. The Hutt came equipped with everything one could need to make a quick & easy meal to a full-blown feast for the whole crew! We booked the hutt last minute and didn’t have time to plan anything out before arriving. We utilized almost all the amenities; the upstairs movie & game rooms, the basketball court, fireplaces for s’mores, etc. We even enjoyed time on the lake. We went fishing, tubing, and site seeing. Reflecting on the trip we didn’t seek or need anything else to fill our time. This was definitely the most well thought-out rentals we have stayed in. Thank you, for allowing us to rent your beautiful property & we cannot wait to come back!

The Holiday Hutt has it all! It was the perfect space for a large group and was meticulously planned out. Very spacious, yet cozy feel. Clean and organized. The gathering area was so fun to hang out in. We spent each night cooking dinner, watching sports and playing games, all together in one open space. The kitchen has every cooking essential/appliance you could ask for, it's beautiful and functional. The layout of the bedrooms were key in making this stay comfortable and easy. We loved how the king bedrooms were down the left and right hallways with the kids bunk room right in the middle. It gave us the space we needed, but easy access to the kids. The kids had a blast in the bunk room! The mattresses and bedding were extremely comfortable and everyone slept well. The game room and theatre were a hit with the kids and were used every day. The sports bar was a hit for the adults and was used every day! And lets not forget about the basketball court where games galore were played all weekend long. We gathered around the huge fireplace every night as well, so many memories made. From sound machines and phone chargers in every room, stocked kitchen, fun vinyl record player, beautiful and unique decor, sports gear and games available, and great location, the Holiday Hutt exceeded our expectations! To top it off, above and beyond customer service and great communication from the owner. We will be booking again!

We had a great stay at the Hut. We had 20 people for a business retreat group and plenty of space for everyone. The house is well stocked with everything you need for a large group. We manager was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely recommend and stay here again when in the area.

Wonderful property with loads of space for large groups. Well stocked kitchen with all the plates and utensils you’d expect. Short drive to the marina.
