This newly constructed Ski Chalet is located on the west side of Sugarloaf Mountain, within the Village on the Green Association, across the road from Sugarloaf Maine's premier golf course. Relish the breathtaking views of Mount Bigelow, off the front deck and views of Sugarloaf Mountain from the rooms in the back of the house. This house is 2,400 sq feet with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths with custom tile showers, a fully equipped kitchen, two living rooms, a washer/dry, and a separate space to take off and dry your ski gear.



Enjoy the ease of stepping out the front door, to the Sugarloaf Shuttle service bus, which will dropped you off at the base lodge in a matter of minutes. The shuttle service is on a 20-30 minute schedule throughout the day. Nearby restaurants on mountain include the Sugarloaf Health and Fitness Club, Shipyard Brewhaus, The Bag, Windowmaker, 45 North and others. Additional activities on mountain include cross country skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, skateboarding or rock climbing at the anti-gravity center, golfing, mountain biking, and hunting/fishing nearby.

Beautiful new home!

We loved our stay in this property! The house is super clean, well furnished, and nicely decorated. Everything was very comfortable for kids and adults alike!

Ski Holiday

This is the perfect home and location to enjoy the Sugarloaf ski resort. The house was beautifully decorated, clean and stocked with all the kitchen amenities you could need. Beds were super comfortable. The ease of the shuttle was phenomenal in getting the crew to the mountain every day. Highly recommend!

Great Base to Ski Sugarloaf

For two families with four kids ages 9-14, this was a great home for us to spread out, cook great meals, and get up to the mountain quickly. The kitchen, in particular, is well-appointed with everything you need to prepare meals and have plenty of room for folks to gather and eat. Jason is very responsive to questions, too. We would definitely stay again.

Ski-Eclipse Weekend with Family

Spent the weekend in this lovely home near the Golf Course. More than enough room for all of us (5 adults, 1 child) with a perfectly-equipped kitchen, plus games and a ping pong table for evening fun. We loved that the neighborhood was quiet, and yet very convenient to the mountain. The shuttle to the base picked us up right at the house and dropped us off at the hotel and came right at the time we were told. Check in and out was easy and Jason was very responsive the one time I had a question. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Beautiful, new home with a great location

We used this home for a week long family ski trip. We’ve come to Sugarloaf every year for the last five years. This house feels very new and has a pleasant aesthetic. We love the location right along the shuttle route. Overall, we were very happy with the property. However, some rooms feel a little unfinished. The first floor bathroom and upstairs bedrooms need more hangers, hooks, mirrors, or dressers to store away belongings and make guests feel more comfortable during a longer stay.
