The house is clean and right on Lake Erie, as stated. It is spacious and had everything for a great stay - towels, hand soap, even shampoo and conditioner. The finishes in the house aren’t high-end but it is more than adequate and looks very nice.Great place for a family stay!

Excellent spot for 8 adults. Open room with big table for gathering. Great for cooking. I had to read the reviews to understand there was no lake access, which was a bummer! Awesome place regardless. I would stay there again.

Relaxing

Very pleased with our stay. The house was clean and the layout was comfortable for the whole family . The view of the lake for sunrise and sunset was awesome. Just wished the no access to lake was mentioned . Would stay there again for sure.

The setting is gorgeous! The views of the lake are awesome. Our mini van was too wide to fit in the garage. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated to kids books and games, and night light in the kids room. Pictures showed the rental as it looked newly remodeled. House has been well used since then, but still well cared for, too. The bathrooms needed a deeper clean, but the rest of the house was very clean.

Absolutely Loved It!

This property exceeded our expectations. The view is amazing. My 96 year old father was able to get around inside and outside with ease. Comfortable, family friendly environment.

Lakefront million dollar view

Very beautiful. I love how everything flowed together. The furniture wasnt the most comfortable but the beds made up for it. Bring ant spray with change of season and being on the lake there are quite a few Overall just beautiful

Fabulous Setting

We came here to watch the total solar eclipse and this house was perfect. The view of the lake from the house is spectacular. The house was very clean and stocked with great amenities. We accidentally left 2 things behind and the host went out of her way to return the items.

Beautifully Remodeled

The interior of the house was very lovely and spacious. It was clean and offered a nice view of the lake.We enjoyed watching an eagle flying overhead several times each day! The exterior really needs a lot of work. Listing didn’t mention that there was no access to the water. The grounds were unkept and there were no tables and chairs to eat outside. There was an old rusty firepit with only 6 chairs. That was disappointing. Otherwise there were no other complaints from our group.

Overall cleanliness could be improved, particularly in the kitchen. Leftover food from previous guests, particularly where it’s perishable should be removed.
