Wonderful beach house perfect for large group. We loved the location, en suite bedrooms and large dining room table to fit everyone. We had a group of families and were all able to enjoy the beach, pool and games at our own paces. The house did not include beach towels or chairs, but it was made clear before check-in. Great communication and clear directions. We had a wonderful week here and made lots of memories. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The kitchen could use more silverware. Also, really need good nonstick skillets. Other than that all was good. The family wants to go back real soon.

Incredible home,, so much room and great view and access to beach. Our host was awesome and helped us with an AC issue on one floor. The host always answered immediately. We were very impressed with this home! Great access to everything .

The property was exactly as listed and pictured. Our family had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy themselves. Questions were answered quickly and they made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We would definitely consider going back.

Amazing Property for Friends & Families

We had a great time at the Lazy Coconut! It was very clean when we arrived, and we had more than enough for our guests. Warren Beach Rentals was very communicative and easy to reach for any issues we had. The location was also amazing as it was on the beach and close to many restaurants. Would highly recommend not only this property, but also Warren Beach Rentals to everyone!

Pleased with communication,cleanliness, location.

As a family of 8 visiting we very much enjoyed staying in the rental…. All was in fine working order, everything was clean, location was fantastic. Elevator was much appreciated. Check in and out was a quick and easy process. Highly recommend working with Warren Beach Rentals on future vacation rentals.

Extended Famiky Vacation

The Lazy Coconut was a perfect fit for our group of 20 people. We had ages from 2 to 84 and everyone had a space. The pool was used every day as well as the easy access to the beach.

This place is just amazing in all ways. Very spacious, comfortable, perfect views and location. I would give more stars if I could and for sure we will be back again!!

Perfect getaway

The house was, as advertised. The pool was heated and lovely, and even though it rained, it was still nice having the beach right outside the back door. We will definitely be back.

Amazing vacation rental in Panama City Beach, FL

Just spent one week in Panama City Beach, FL at the Lazy Coconut vacation home rental. It is an amazing rental that was home to our 21 family members. The home had everything we needed or wanted in a vacation home. Right on the beach and had a great private pool that was nice to have because of the double red flags a few days. We all can't wait to go back here again.

Excellent place to stay on the beach. There really were beds for 24 people! The grandchildren loved the bunk room. And the pool was a super hangout place. We were thankful for the elevator, but wished for a railing on the boardwalk. 2 refrigerators were wonderful as were the large dining table and kitchen island. We could have used a larger stove and a second dishwasher and secomd washer and dryer.

The house was wonderful and perfect for our stay. The pool was perfect and the beach access was incredible, especially having direct access to a semi private area on a crowded holiday weekend. The layout was perfect, with the rooms on the top floor being quiet enough for those who wanted to sleep in.The biggest issue is that if you need the elevator for accessibility, you CANNOT rely on this one. A member of our party is disabled and in a wheelchair. The elevator broke down once each day during the stay. We figured it out on our own twice, but on the third day we could not figure out why the elevator stopped before reaching the bottom. The company's communications were very inadequate - calling it an inconvenience and not acknowledging the real safety issue. We had to manually carry our uncle down the stairs with a lighter weight wheelchair, leaving an expensive and heavy electric wheelchair there until they came the next day. The company never acknowledged their lack of response or offered any refund.You should also know that the place does not come with beach towels (!) or other beach items like chairs, boogie boards, etc. that are standard for other rentals. They instead refer you to rent from their concierge service.

Great House

The Lazy Cocunut did not disappoint. 11 ladies stayed and all were pleased. Parking accommodations and location were amazing. Elevator was a must for a few and made this house perfect for then. View of beach is unmatched. Thanks for meeting all of our needs. We have already booked our next visit.

Fabulous stay!!

Every year, Mimi and Grandad find a big beach house to accommodate our growing family. Ourselves, six grown and married children, and 10 grandchildren under the age of six fully enjoyed the use of the lazy coconut! The location was perfect, the pool was a great size and the deck area had chairs in the shade and in the sun to accommodate anyone who wanted to enjoy that area. Large gathering area, large kitchen, nice bedrooms with comfortable beds, and easy beach access right in front of us. We loved every second!

This house was so perfect for our family of 17!

Everything about the Lazy Coconut was perfect for our family of 17 people from the ages of 9 to 78! We loved that our pool was right off the living area, the 8 bedrooms provided large quiet spaces, the kids loved the game room, the dining room table was perfect for all of us to sit around to eat and to break apart for games, the living room also provided space for all to sit, the porch had enough of an overhang to watch the rain and the neighborhood was so quiet! Everything was clean when we arrived and it was easy to keep clean. We loved every minute of our stay.

A perfect beach week!

We (18 people ranging from 3 to 72 years old) had a wonderful week at the Lazy Coconut! The house was in great condition and accommodated everyone perfectly. The pool was greatly enjoyed by all and a highlight for the younger kids. The house is located in a quiet area, but close enough to anything you could need or want to do in PCB. We had an issue with the hot water heater going out one night, but we were back in business by the end of the next day. A great week and we hope to come back again at some point!
