Great location, great property, plenty of space, hosts responsive to all requests and inquiries. House is void of all spices and other kitchen sundries as well as beach chairs/umbrellas so just know you will need to provide these yourself. Overall fantastic experience with the family!

Beautiful home in the best location. House was immaculate, well appointed and comfortable. Hosts were very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend!

This property is great. It lives up to the pictures and more. Any questions I had were answered promptly by Warren beach rentals staff. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your beach house.

What an amazing property that is as advertised. The pictures are accurate. The location, space and cleanliness were great features but the best thing about this place is Rich and the Warren Beach Rentals team. Rich is a wealth of knowledge about all things in the area and beyond. Will definitely be back.

Worth every penny. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Easy arrival, seemless stay, everyone had a great time and enjoyed the home. I couldnt have asked for more. Appreciate the hospitality from the Property Manager and Guest Services team. Very Pleased.

Family vacation 2025

Beautiful property! Enough room for 21 of us, 10 adults, 11 children. We had everything we could possibly need. The kids loved going from the beach to our own private pool. The pool was on the small side, but they all fit just fine. We totally enjoyed staying at this beach house.

Beach Buzz was a great fit for our family.

The amenities at Beach Buzz provided much enjoyment and entertainment during our vacation week. The layout for living and sleeping was perfect for our kids and grandkids. Warren Beach Rentals was prompt as usual in responding to our needs. This was our third year using WBR, and we plan to be steady customers. Thanks for a great experience!

Amazing family beach vacation.

Beautiful home. Very up to date. All bedrooms have nice bathroom/showers. Fantastic home theater area to wind down. Very relaxing backyard area with pool and lounging area. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations.

My group of 27 enjoyed this beautiful home right on the beach! Check in was seamless. The host was responsive within minutes with any questions I had. The home was set up perfectly for 27 people to sleep comfortably. A few things to note. The house has 4 floors so be prepared for getting some exercise on the steps. There is an elevator in the home and the elevator was the reason we chose this home. It was sending an alarm within 10 minutes of our arrival. Our hosts immediately sent someone to assist with the alarm on the elevator and they explained how the elevator worked. But we didn’t use the elevator the rest of the trip it was confusing and touchy. There were no beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, or sand toys. I mention this because I have rented many beach homes in the past and these things have always been available at previous homes. I had to rent these items at a cost of about 500. The home has everything you need to cook an entire meal with a beautiful kitchen. There are also plenty of sources for ice throughout the home. We had enough ice for our coolers to take to the beach. Overall clean and beautiful home with great hosts, mazing views of the beach from every floor, and the easiest beach access.

So glad your group enjoyed Beach Buzz — the views, easy beach access, roomy setup for 27, seamless check-in, and the kitchen. I’m sorry the elevator was confusing and triggered an alarm; I’m glad our team got someone out right away. We'll have our elevator technician review it and we’ll add clearer operating instructions in the house manual. I also apologize for the lack of beach chairs, towels, coolers, and sand toys — thank you for pointing that out. We’ll look into stocking common beach items and will update the listing so future guests know what’s provided. Thanks for the helpful feedback and for staying with us.

Beautiful Beach House!

We had a great stay at Beach Buzz. There was so much to do outside that the kids enjoyed it and it made life more convenient for us adults. Lots of sleeping space, held our 3 families fine and would hold more easily. The kids loved the pirate ship bunk room upstairs. The master is HUGE, and the bar and fridge downstairs by the pool saved us lots of trips. Elevator for luggage which was nice. It was one of the cleaner and more well maintained beach properties we have vacationed at. Will be back for sure!

The Best Beach Experience....EVER!

Words cannot describe how wonderful this house was and that it was an ideal fit for our family. We have vacationed on 30A for years, but the price and crowds ran us out. This year i spoke with Mitch and he assured me I would LOVE this home, and boy was he right. There are so many amenities with the home we just felt like we were at a resort, the home was elegant and spacious and tremendously functional. The star of the show was the huge, uncrowded beach on the West end of PCB about 5 miles from Inlet Beach, so we were close enough to go over and do all of the restaurants that we enjoy in our annual beach pilgrimage. The heated pool, and the outdoor space was just a blessing. The kids were up early (never happens on a school day) to hit it hard for the day. This home was BY FAR the best beach vacation we have had to the area, and we are sold on this home and the area. ALREADY on the books for 2026!

We enjoyed our stay very much! This was first time to stay in the west area of PC and it was great. Overall the house was as described and also the pictures were accurate. The house was clean and in an area that was easy to get in and out of. Loved the theatre room, perfect for a cozy date night or a family fun night watching a movie. The outside patio area was nice and roomy with plenty of seating and entertainment. The only issues we had with the house was (1) the elevator did not work half the time and when it did it was extremely slow, we used the stairs except for unloading and loading. I got stuck one time but the property manager came out and showed us what to do if it happened again. (2) whenever you opened the door to the ice machine in the kitchen, ice spilled out in the floor. (3) We paid the optional fee for the hot tub/pool heating but the property manager had to be sent a message each time you wanted the hot tub turned on or off or the temperature changed, otherwise the hot tub came on automatically at 5 PM and ran a few hours before shutting off.
