The house was very comfortable and clean. It is located in a wonderful historical neighbhorhood and we walked into Old Town many times. We had no issues and found the check in/out procedures were explained clearly. It was a great stay in Fort Collins!

The house is older, but most are in that area of Fort Collins. It is close and walking distance from a ton of stuff to do and places to eat. Wonderful location. Lovely neighborhood with great walks and wonderful neighboring houses. Overall great place to stay with a great location.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay in Fort Collins. The property was very accommodating for our group of 4 and in a great location. The property manager was extremely responsive. We would definitely stay here again if returning to the area!

Family weekend

We truly enjoyed our stay in this well-appointed space. The neighborhood was lovely, quiet and easy walking distance to Old Town. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

This property worked great for two couples in town for two nights. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to Old Town so we were able to walk to dinner and Uber back. We would stay here again.

Perfect spot

This was a great location being close to downtown and also CSU to visit my son. It has old charm while feeling new and modern inside. I would definitely stay here again

This Fort Collins home is clean, comfy, and well stocked. It's proximity to downtown and the university area is top notch.

great time in fort collins

The home was great for the 4 of us friends & the host was quick in responses to any questions we had. It really was within walking distance of most things you'd want or need. We stayed for a week and had a great time!

Very close to town and the place was very clean. We will likely stay there again while our son is still in school.

Excellent stay in Old Town

House was very comfortable and clean as a whistle! Location was excellent - close to great restaurants and the university! Everything in house was as listed! Would recommend this rental!
