Beautiful, newly built (2022) modern farmhouse exquisitely decorated for comfort, relaxation and a country getaway.
3 floors including loft with extra clean 2 bedroom with living room and additional sitting area on lower floor. Farmhouse style with modern day conveniences.

2 beautiful large decks to enjoy morning coffee and listen to the serene sounds of nature.

Full living room with app access - smart tv only. CHROMECAST capable. No cable. Free WiFi.

Stairs throughout. Wheelchair can be accessed on ground floor, but gravel decline driveway.

2 queen beds and fold out futon for 5 people. Can use small futon on lower level for child or additional person to sleep with available linens and new mattress foam topper.

All linens, towels, pillows provided.

Gas range, counter top ice maker, cozy wood burning fireplace with wood provided.

Gas and electric heaters provided. Air conditioner/ heater split units.

Please no smoking or vaping ANY materials in house. Please remove shoes as much as possible to preserve flooring.

No loud parties, burning outdoors or throwing cigarette butts on ground. No smoking in or near house. This is a wooded area and can burn fast, so please contain cigarettes.

Sleeps minimum of 5 people plus room for more air mattresses, etc. bring your own air mattresses and linens

Perfect mountain getaway

The listing for this property doesn’t even do it justice! We were blown away by how beautiful it is and how perfectly decorated, well stocked and peaceful this cabin truly is in person. Our hosts were so accommodating and responsive. I will definitely be back, and can’t wait to visit again in the future.

Perfect Peaceful Getaway

My sister and I met in Robbins, TN at the Modern-Day Farmhouse for a restorative, peaceful, fun time together. The property is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The surroundings are tranquil, and the house is easy to find. Tonya and Rob did a great job making sure we felt welcome and at home (even with coffee ready to brew for the morning). I am so grateful for our time there and can't rave about it enough! Thank you so very much, Tonya and Rob!

Vacation stay

Very beautiful place, very clean everything we needed was there, all we needed to do was bring our clothes and any food. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Weekend Getaway

House was perfect for our weekend riding getaway. Easy access to the trails at Brimstone. Large area to park our 24ft trailer. Area was very safe and private. The owners are amazing. We have stayed at several other houses in the area, but this is our favorite!

Off Road Adventures

This cabin is quaint and cozy! Everything was clean and as described. Super close to UTV trails and trailer parking on premises. Host was super responsive. I would definitely come back if I return to this area.

Robbins Farmhouse

This little gem was perfect for our trip. We purchased property nearby and needed a place to stay while starting the build on our first little cabin and this rental was perfect. Tonya was incredibly responsive to any questions and provided us with a wealth of local information. The beds were very comfortable with lots of little extra touches throughout. The home is well appointed and well decorated. We especially loved the real fireplace and the wood is provided. Very well stocked. We had a great weekend here!

Gorgeous place!!

Everything about Ms. Tonya’s property is great—it is brand new and the kitchen is very well stocked. We loved the porch, the beds were very comfortable and it was easy to find!! The drive up the mountain was pleasant as well.

Wonderful stay

Would highly recommend this home & host! This country home was comfortable and beautifully decorated. Well equipped with everything we needed. Located in a nice neighborhood with privacy. We hiked at Big South Fork (30 mins away) and ate dinner in Oneida (20 mins) during our stay. Tonya, the host, is very responsive and helpful. WiFi was fast and reliable which was good because we did not have cell service. Overall a great trip and we will be back!!

The area is serene and you can hike down in your own private woods for approximately 19 acres back behind house. There's lots of local side by side trails with Brimstone. (see requirements online). Big Fork National Park is excellent for local walking, hiking and a relaxing getaway.

The area is very welcoming and the kindness of the community overflows in their generosity of manners and selflessness.
