Not As tranquil Thanks to Neighbors
The condo was as described, though if you get there at night it's a little harder to find the right door to walk through. The hallway that goes up the steps to the entry door can smell of smoke. The Rest of the apartment is clean and generally as described. The biggest issue is that the neighbors would get into shouting matches between 12 AM and 2 Am making it a little disturbing to hear that and hard to sleep. So if you're looking for a peaceful night of sleep, this might not be the best option as you could be lucky enough to hear people screaning in anger at eachother.

Just my 2 cents
Overall, our stay was good. However, someone put a hand written note on my daughters car because of where she parked. According to my rental agreement, I was allowed 2 parking spaces but NEVER did it say “Assigned Parking”. The note stated that her license plate had been “reported” not sure who it was reported to. The note also listed the exact room we stayed in(not sure how they knew that) anywho, I would have rather whoever wrote the note to kindly speak with myself or my daughter about where her car was parked instead of writing a note and placing it on her windshield. I didn’t appreciate that at all because as adults, why not speak directly with the individual. Other than that, it was exactly like it was listed and we enjoyed our stay. Can’t say I would stay again because of that situation, but other than that I was satisfied.

Watch out for the neighbors
Upon pulling into the neighborhood and parking I was IMMEDIATELY questioned on who I was and where I was staying by the neighborhood “Karen”. Informing me my car will be towed for parking in front of the house without a parking permit(I literally parked in the back parking lot away from everyone). I had read previous reviews of someone else getting nasty notes on their car about parking, can only imagine it’s the same person I dealt with. In the rental agreement it does say you are designated two spots, I confirmed that with vacasa on the phone as well, but there are signs posted around the neighborhood saying your car will be towed if you do not have a parking permit after October 1st. Instead of risking my car being towed I parked in the visitor parking which is subjected to being towed if parked there more than 3 days and walked 100 yards to the house. The home is nice and was a good stay, but I’d recommend access to some kind of parking permit to put on your car while you stay or watch out for “Karen” calling a tow company to get your car.
