Clean, quiet, cozy and beautifully decorated! The perfect size for our family of 4. Driving distance to beach access, broadway at the beach and barefoot landing. We enjoyed it and would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. It was clean and comfortable. Perfect location for our family. I would stay here again. I highly recommended this property.

My son was playing in the Ripken tournament for the week and this was the perfect location for them! Peaceful and quiet and very close to the fields. They really enjoyed their time on the property. Close enough to the beach and friends that were staying at the beachfront hotels but perfect for families who just need a little more quiet! Had all the amenities a family would need for a week stay! Thank you! If we are ever in the area would definitely stay again.

The condo was very clean & when I had a question, the host responded quickly. The location was about a 10 min drive down to the boardwalk. I’ll definitely rent next year.

This was - by far - the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. If you have a little OCD like us, this place is definitely for you. We came in prepared to clean up to our standards but were surprised to find a well maintained property! The owners were easily accessible and on point with pertinent information. They spent quality time and money to provide the best possible experience for their customers, and it was obvious the moment we opened the door. This is our go to location going forward!!

This condo was in a very quiet community, and close to many restaurants and golf courses. There will be construction occurring in the future, golf course has closed to allow additional residential construction.

Check in was easy and communication was great. The overall property is old and the golf course is overgrown but we weren’t there to go golfing so it didn’t bother us but it’s an eyesore. When leaving we were packing our stuff and slightly moved the dresser and found an empty spanks package and a fair amount of dirt/dust. My only suggestion would be to have the cleaners make sure they’re cleaning better. Overall good stay and had every Hung we needed. Great location for families going to Ripken.

Regarding the golf course, we will notify our HOA management company; however, please note that it is not part of our property and is maintained separately. Perfect Stay

The location was perfect and beautiful. The host home was beautiful and had everything we needed for the beach and more. The rooms are nicely sized. My family really enjoyed their stay. Hope to book with them again.

Cute and convenient

Very cute and convenient condo in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We were minutes from Ripken and minutes from the beach.

The condo was neat and well decorated. All appliances worked and we were satisfied with our stay. We had a small problem with the bedroom ceiling fan but it was corrected very quickly.If you wear socks around the house they will get very dirty, that sounds “picky” but I couldn’t help but mention it. Also we couldn’t change the thermostat, maybe that’s normal for a rental but we didn’t like it. Great location for golfing and so so for shopping but a bit of a drive if you’re a beach lover ( we’re not so that’s ok). Overall we had a great Myrtle Beach getaway. Broadway at the Beach and The Legends theater were nearby and that was great fun.
