Wonderful family place

It’s a very nice place to stay for the whole family. Enough space for kids in doors and outdoor. There is a nice little walking trail behind the house and it was such a calm feeling with seeing the horses! Great place to relax and enjoy family quality time! Metro parks are very close by

Great property

Great property over all. It’d be nice if the windows had covers and a little difficult to find the actual house, with that said owner was awesome and responsive. Came out at midnight to take us to the property. Overall great experience!

Upgraded

We were notified in advance and switched to a different house on the property. Beautiful house in great location. Kitchen could have been equipped better with basic cooking utensils (or drawers labeled to aid finding), but otherwise great stay and responsive host.

Wow! Great home.

We were SHOCKED to learn that what we thought we were renting (3 bed/2 bath) turned into a 6 bed /5 bath farm house! It was built in 1903 and despite a few little things being older the house was huge and had so much charm. AC throughout home kept it cool in the summer heat. If that wasn’t enough, it’s next to a horse farm where my son greeted the horses daily, fed carrots & apple slices. Made a friend “Red”. There were peacocks and giant rabbits on the premises too. We plan to book again next summer. The only thing is that the pics share online were a bit confusing as to which house we were staying at for there are smaller dwellings right behind the house. Was concerned at first but quickly felt comfortable.

Great place. A lot of potential.

The place is old but well cared for inside. It’s obviously a newer VRBO rental; and still needs the homier upgrades and touches, as it is spare and bare now. The leather couches are nice but could use a couple throws. The bedroom doors to the outside are convenient but could use a privacy curtain over the windows. It’s unsettling to know someone could look into your window door window onto your bed or while changing. The towels are too well used. There needs to be more robe/towel hooks. The front entryway could use some coat hooks, a shoe tray and a mirror over the entry table. The private courtyard needs seating and a table. The house sleeps 8 but the dining room table only seats 4 ppl The linen drawers and dish shelves in the buffet in the dining room are not being put to good use. Having a better garbage can with a lid, rather than a large cardboard box, would be nicer. I wish there were window coverings for privacy on any window facing a public use area. The siding, soffit, and facia have some damage and need to be replaced, in the courtyard. The owners are super kind, helpful, and accommodating. They worked to help solve the problem of no refrigeration and were willing to hear our suggestions. The property is gorgeous. We had a nice time. I would stay there again; and look forward any and all improvements. I believe the owners care about improvements and will continue to make updates and improvements. The house is comfortable now and cozy.

Relaxing picturesque surroundings

We hosted family from CA and Ky for a family funeral. The location worked great for us, as the funeral was in Twinsburg, OH. Accommodations were sufficient but, a microwave would have been a blessing. It was awesome to have a full sized washer and dryer as the towels were lacking. I added a few to the collection. We all loved seeing the beautiful horses on the property! Overall, it was a wonderful stay! Thank you

Great property for a young family

We stayed at the farm house for a week while visiting family in Ohio. Excellent location for children (play structure, fairy garden, animals). It was very comfortable and well-stocked and Gus was wonderful to work with. We will be staying at the horse farm next year!
