This lovely property is the garden level of one of the many beautiful, historic homes that line the streets of Historic Downtown Savannah. The interior of this space features exposed brick walls, brick fireplaces, and exposed beams. The top-of the line applicances and sophisticated kitchen and dining area make this rental covenient as well as charming.

Charming and convenient

This was such a great location and it had everything we needed. The parking spots that it offers is the best. We had 6 guest and it was plenty big enough. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful property. We will be coming back very soon.

A perfect place to enjoy Savannah!

The accommodations were very nice - it was in walking distance to everything in Savannah - enjoyed it being all on the first floor, and free parking in the back worked out great! I would definitely recommend it to friends and family & if I go back to Savannah we would stay here again.

Excellent Location and Comfortable Space

The house was nicely decorated, comfortable and had parking for two vehicles, something you don’t find very often. It was well stocked with everything you need to have a wonderful stay. Savannah visit

This is our second time staying here and absolutely love it. The house is beautiful with everything you need. The Location is ideal as well.

Nashville unit

New unit the layout was just ok. The unit was not supplied with some of the basic kitchen supplies such as coffee filters, sugar etc. the location is in a transition area but still very convenient to walking and close to downtown.

Everything was great with one minir exception. The floors had no visible dirt but after my husband walked in his brand new socks, it was evident by the black on the bottom that they had not been mopped in quite sometime. I notified management through email and via phone

Garden Suite residence is perfect for exploring Savannah

My family of four lives the Garden Suite and due to its location was able to explore Savannah on foot. It was clean and comfortable and we loved our stay.

Wonderful stay! Perfect location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay here. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the amenities were great, though maybe Kleenex could be added? The location was perfect for walking to most sights and great restaurants (Husk and the Pink House were our favorites) and the trolley stop for the places that were slightly farther away. Only a few minor complaints/suggestions: The master bed was so high that it was difficult to get up on it. Maybe a foot stool could be added? The door to the back bedroom could not be closed because the bed post was in the way. Also, some of the instructions could have been more explicit, for example, how to get regular TV channels ( not just streaming ones)on the living room TV, how to work the washer + dryer, where to deposit the trash (there was only a hand written note in the back hallway that we only noticed on day 3), how to lock the door when leaving, etc. But all in all, a wonderful spot.

Home Away from Home

Our visit in Savannah was fantastic. The Garden Sweet was perfect in every way - from the accommodations (plenty of room, well stocked kitchen and very clean) as well as centrally located - we were able to walk to all of the sites we wanted to see. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Hidden Gem!

Our family of five stayed decided to head to Savannah for spring break this year. This place was perfect! Much bigger than expected and had everything we needed. Couldn’t be in a better location. Close walk to everything. The only thing that’s a little tricky is sleeping in the front room (pull out couch). There were a decent amount of people walking by arguing and fighting as well as vehicles driving through. The bedrooms are great! Would highly recommend staying here if you want comfort rather than a hotel. Also recommend eating breakfast and getting the french toast and chai lattes at Collins Quarter. The Paris Market and Brocante has great lattes as well!
