This condo was clean and fully stocked with all the things that we needed. It has an amazing location. The host was very helpful. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

You could not ask for a better vacation!! The owner was amazing and was available with any questions we had. The condo was stocked with anything you could need including umbrellas, chairs, beach toys and thankfully baby necessities such as high chair and crib. We would more than recommend this condo for a very enjoyable vacation. Hope to come back next year!!

We loved the apartment, it had everything we could possibly need travelling with a 2 year old and it was super close to the beach and all the local attractions. It was super cozy and clean. We loved the indoor and outdoor heated pool and had an amazing time!

Awesome Vacation

Location is great, owner, Stan, very responsive and gave alot of ideas and suggestions for the trip. We enjoyed our stay. The condo was the most well stocked place we have ever stayed at. Loved our stay.

Great stay!

We stayed here with our family and had a great time! Stan was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Beach access was easy and close! The kids loved the pools. We would stay at this property again!

Amazing stay

Everything was amazing, we have been going to Destin for years, but this was one of the best experiences staying at this condo. Good communication, clean, spacious, comfortable, things were provided. Felt like we were at home just with a beach next to it. Will definitely rent again.

Great place to stay. Owner provided all the extras so that you don't have to worry about bringing/buying those things. Very clean and was very spacious for a party of ten!

Our family stay was wonderful. Stan was quick to respond with a few questions we had upon arrival. The condo was very well stocked. The beach chairs, umbrella, wagon to transport everything and high chair were so nice to have access to. We will definitely rebook with Stan!

Amazing!

Amazing property with beautiful views of the beach and ocean. If you stay here once you’ll want to come back again. All 9 of us ages 7 to 43 had a blast.

Great stay

Great communication with proprty management. Small hickups, but resolved in timely manner. Would recommend for family friendly, location, and communication.

My husband and I along with two other couples enjoyed 5 amazing days in this beautiful condo. The location was perfect and was well stocked with everything. We used the beach towel and chairs to hit the beach twice. It was so nice not to have to pack that. The sunsets over the ocean were stunning. We also enjoyed several of the restaurants close by. Stan was great to work with. We’d def stay again in this unit!

This rental has a fantastic view! Unit is clean and furniture is comfortable. Having a 3rd bathroom for a 3-bedroom unit was delightful. I very much appreciate when a rental does not expect you to strip the sheets & start the laundry...especially when you are leaving at 5am. I also appreciate when a rental provides items such as beach towels/chairs, laundry pods, ziploc baggies/foil, and plenty of trashbags/dish soap/paper towels/toilet paper. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect for our trip

The condo was immaculate and location ideal for attending the music festival. Stan stocks the condo well and the sundries shop on the 1st was a pleasant surprise. We parked our car upon arrival and didn’t get back in it until departure. We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Communication from Stan!

We had a fantastic stay at Stan's property! From the moment we booked, his communication was top-notch. He was incredibly responsive, providing us with all the details we needed to make our trip stress-free. The property itself was exactly as described and in a great location. It was clear that Stan truly cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommend!

Family and Reflection

Have you ever want to go to the beach but not go to the beach? The condo was perfectly situated to do just that. The host was very accommodating and the condo was clean and comfortable. The condo had everything we needed for the perfect weekend. The morning views and evening views were PERFECT.

Peaceful.

Stan was an amazing host. The condo was well stocked and clean. There was no stress involved with communication with the host. The views and amenities are awesome. Thank you for helping us to have an amazing vacation.

Family vacation

Place was very nice. Had lots of extras to get you started. Stan was very responsive to resolve issues that came up with parking pass, and door access. But we needed to have a working dryer which is a must for the beach.

Great location

In several trips to the area, this is our favorite location. The beach view is great, and it's fun to overlook the pool. The condo had almost everything we needed, and it was very comfortable. The one downside is that there were cockroaches. And this was obviously not a new issue because there were ultrasonic devices and Raid under the sink. It probably wouldn't keep us from staying there, but we definitely would go prepared.

Stan Delivers !!

This is a great place to take your family. We've been coming down to the Destin area for over 30 years and we definately will be returning to the Majestic Sun. Everything was exactly as described except Stan (the property manager/owner), he was more than described ! He is absolutely the best we've ever dealt with. We had 1 minor problem. We sent a text to Stan..... problem resolved very quickly. Stan provided a courtesy and a professionalism that is unexcelled. Oh yeah, did I mention that the property and everything about it was wonderful ? Thanks again
