Needs a refresh

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is perfect, but the owner seems to be relying on that instead of keeping things updated in the condo. Cracked and stained tiles, stained couch, and the air handler sounds like a jet engine when the air conditioning is running. The sliding glass door to the balcony is incredibly difficult to open and the screen door from the main bedroom to the balcony is missing the entire screen. A bummer if you want to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. Overall, the condo needs a major refresh - updated furniture, paint, decor, etc. It has the bare necessities you need, but that's it.

The room we stayed in on the ninth floor, wasn’t very good

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The majestic suns is a very nice place to stay, the views are amazing of the beach. The managers of the majestic sums are very nice people to talk to communicate with. The guard comes around, checking for wristbands, which he should to keep people out that don’t belong there all in all a very nice place to stay.

We had a great family vacation. Great location. This place had everything that we needed. Unfortunately, there was a lot of seaweed this year but that couldn’t be helped. Great place to stay. Would definitely recommend.

Gorgeous condo with excellent views!

The condo was very comfortable and everything we needed was there. Very central to lots of stores and places to eat! The kids totally enjoyed the pool and everyone enjoyed the beach. Beautiful white sand!!

Family Vacation

Very clean, furniture was nice, all 3 the bedrooms had comfortable beds, kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, the condo had plenty of space it was very open. The 2 beach chairs need to be replaced, they are rusted, so I suggest take your own or rent the chairs & umbrella from the beach rental. We loved the place, will definitely be coming back.

Great Place!!

Enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The check in process was the best I have ever experienced. There was plenty of dishes and lots of extra utensils and such for cooking. Honestly the only issues we had at all was of the toilets don’t flush well. We had to plunge them several times especially the master bath and the main sliding glass door is VERY hard to open and close.

PROS: Great location! Amazing views!!! Easy and ample parking. Plenty of space for a family. Lots of kitchen supplies for cooking. Pool and gym are easy to access. Great walking path right in front of the building. Management was quick to respond when needed and even showed up later after hours when the keypad was broken.CONS:Needs some updating, Master bed has large "dips" and so does the living room couch. Sinks and showers drained slowly. A/C /Heating unit ran loudly at all times. While this unit was fine, we would probably not stay there again knowing that there are units within the same building with more amenities (beach towels, coffee...)and updates.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was great for a family trip. I specifically chose it for the heated pool, which was great for the kids since we were not traveling during beach weather. Common areas are big so it doesn't feel cramped and the view is beautiful. Covenient to everything we were doing in the Destin area but felt peaceful at night. I recommend stopping at Publix on your way in to stock up on groceries, to just enjoy the home and beach once you arrive.

Summer vacay

We had an awesome time in Majestic Sun 914A! Weather wasn’t all that great the entire week, only had 2 good sunny days so we spent a lot of time inside. The condo was very clean, spacious (all 6 of us could sit and watch a movie comfortably in the living room) and accommodating with all the amenities needed for your home away from home! The view from the balcony was spectacular and the pool and hot tub felt great after a long day at the beach! The 2 lounge chairs and large umbrella were also a very helpful addition for our party of 6. The host was also very helpful and responsive! Definitely recommend this property and we will be back!

Amazing vacation!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic family vacation this year. The rental was perfect for us. It was clean, spacious, and a home away from home. The ocean view was relaxing as we drank coffee on the balcony in the morning and played games in the evening. The pool was nice, but not as clean as I would have liked, but we came to the beach for the ocean, not the pool. I would recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Miramar Beach, and would be perfectly happy to come back in the near future.

Perfect for a family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time. Fantastic views and plenty of room for 7 people. Condo was clean and well stocked. When we arrived, "easy listening" music was playing in every room, which was a nice touch! Only recommendation is to provide a broom and dustpan. We wanted to sweep the floor since sand was getting everywhere, but all we could find was a vacuum. Highly recommend and would love to stay again. :)

Great location and plenty of space

Loved our week at Majestic Sun. This was our 4th time to Destin and 2nd time at Majestic Sun. The condo is nice. We enjoyed having enough space for 6 of us…3 bedrooms and 3 baths were perfect. Kitchen had all the necessities. Enjoyed being on a corner space. Enjoyed the pool since it was double red flags a couple of days. Workout area was a nice feature. Beach access was easy to get to and not too large of a space to get through to access the beach front. It is right next to public access so it did get busy at times but not so bad it ruined the days. We enjoyed walking down to shop at some of the stores nearby which was nice not having to drive. Plenty of parking in the garage. Easy access to both main strip and back road along beach front. Thank you for a great week!
