Kick back and relax in this all new cottage/studio apartment. 5 minutes or walking distance to CCNB amphitheater at Heritage Park, 10 minutes to downtown Simpsonville, 25 minutes to Bon Secours Wellness Arena in downtown Greenville. 20 minutes from GSP airport. Close to Hillcrest Hospital and Bon Secours Simpsonville. Guest have access to the partially fenced backyard as well as full access to private cottage that is seperate from main house. Host lives on property but will give you privacy and is available for any needs or questions. All Dogs welcome service dogs or Non- service Dogs!! There is NO Bathroom Door. Please read the reviews before booking. We are dog friendly!

Thanksgiving week stay

Perfect for two seniors staying to visit our daughter for the holiday. Only concern was the lack of a door on the bathroom.

Lovely little studio

My 10 year old son & I stayed here one Sat. night. The host was kind & responsive offering dinner recommendations & easy property instructions. The property was very clean & inviting. We ordered take out from a local resturant 0.5 miles away and the kitchen had all we needed to enjoy dinner in. We watched a movie and slept well. Super comfy bed with sound machine on nightstand too! If ever in the area again we will 100% stay at this VRBO. Thank you.

Concert Stay

We had a quick overnight trip and stayed at this adorable flat! We could not of asked for an easier stay. Very cute house and location. With wonderfully nice hosts!

You cannot go wrong by staying here.... if this place is available, grab it!! Everything about this little gem is FABULOUS! The location, the comfort, the privacy, the safety, the decor, the shower, the appliances, the hostess! If we can come back, we will definitely stay here. Thank you for every detail of perfection! The cottage was wonderful!!! We loved the decor & coziness of it! Would give it 5 stars. Only thing I’d mention is no door on bathroom was awkward when friends came in.

Fresh and comfortable stay

We passed through Simpsonville to see our niece and stayed here. Great choice. It is a separate guest house behind the main house. Convenient and nice. Will stay again if passing this way.

Awesome!

We had an awesome time on our stay. The cottage itself was extremely comfortable and incredibly clean. The hosts did a great job of providing everything we needed and the property was also very quiet. The location was excellent. It was super convenient to downtown Fountain Inn and Downtown Simpsonville, as well as 385 to go up to Greenville. We would highly recommend this property and will return in the future. Thanks!
