Host Wendy was very helpful with questions. The home was clean and had good-sized rooms and ample supplies for our stay. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the neighborhood and that it was near several interesting places, like the Franklin Park Conservatory.

Thank you.! The house was exactly what we were looking for after attending a festival each day. Someplace quiet and comfortable to re charge our batteries for the next day. Wendy was extremely helpful in accommodating our early arrival and stayed in contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend any of her properties and since we frequently travel to Columbus, we will as well.

The house size was perfect for the 4 of us. We liked the extras such as snacks, paper products, waters, shower supplies, etc.The hot tub worked good but the cover was very heavy for women to handle. Only access is through Master bedroom. Sliding door is not easy to maneuver & the blinds need to be replaced.House was clean & living area comfortable. Washer had some issues with it but knew how to work through them having experienced same issues at our house. Washer & dryer are in the basement & stairs are steep.Master room TV was stuck on Netflix & we couldn’t get it to move from there so we ended up not using it. TV in living room had a few issues with the streaming channels suddenly closing on us & the TV froze at 1 point but for most part, that TV worked fine.Water pressure was great & hot water is definitely hot!Kitchen was a good size for the 4 of us but was a little tight when we were in it altogether.

Weekend Getaway

Nice simple home. Great place to stay & relax after a night out! House is beautiful & very clean. Our host made us feel right at home, we would stay here again!

We had a great visit in Columbus. The house was exactly as described and had little extras that made it feel like home. Wendy did a great job and we would stay there again!

Great house!

Clean and well maintained inside, lots of little homey extras! On a cul de sac which was really nice! Back deck and yard were a nice little space, relatively private, loved the hot tub and nice having the grill and fire pit available! Only negative was a little run down on the outside and a lot of highway noise in the back yard.

Weekend Get-away

My husband and I and another couple who are friends of ours stayed for a long weekend get-away. The property was exactly as portrayed and even better. We love the attention that was paid to detail in making sure you would have everything you need! It truly felt like home away from home! We would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Initial communication was good. After that it was sporadic. Did a walk around 10/2, nothing messy per se, but the sense of the place needed an additional dusting. Sent the host a message about some issues we found: cabinet doors that were extremely loose; slow drain in the left side of the double bowl sink; disposal not working; hot tub cover straps don't align with the locks, so it cannot be locked; white residue in bottom of oven. Host messaged back asking us to reset the disposal, the hot tub cover was new and would need to have the locking clips adjusted (to be done after we left), with the other items to be "addressed promptly".Tried to reset the disposal, didn't work. Bought steaks to cook on the grill but ashes were left an no ash bin around, so we ended up cooking the steak on the stove.Woke up in the morning (10/3) to a pool of water around the DW and water leaking from it (washed the prior nights dishes by hand). Bailed out the water from the DW bottom and put down towels to soak up the water on the floor. Finally heard back, someone to come at 2 pm to address. Long story. short, needed an electrician to repair a circuit to address the disposal/DW, but said we could use the right side. Replied it backed up into the left side. That was the last actual communication from the host. On 10/4, did our check-out, complied with requirements (didn't run the DW for obvious reasons), put our trash in the second outside bin since the first one was full. Disappointing.

Friends Forever

We trait enjoyed spending quality time with our friends. Making meals and laughing in the hot tub. Everything was so perfect. The beds were the most comfortable out of house we have ever stayed in before. We really enjoyed all the amenities that were pfit our comfort. Well be back agin!

None of the doors would close correctly. Didnt dare use the oven as the bottom of the oven was a mess. Garbage hadn’t been taken out by the previous tenant. The Roku tv was very difficult to navigate. The driveway and sidewalk proved a difficult obstacle for us seniors. Shower was tiny, reminded me of my camper. Freeway is right behind the house.
