My place is close to very beautiful beaches and attractions like kayaking in the oxnard harbor, magic mountain theme park, or shopping in the camarillo outlets. My place is also located right in-between Santa Barbara and Los Angeles. Make sure you have time to hang out on the porch in the sun chairs and enjoy this beautiful California weather!

I didn't know the property was attached to the house. It's bigger than it looked. Pleased with stay. Owner was very attentive. Would stay again.

Good location for access to the beach and harbor. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds and a cozy little bungalow.

Perfect spot to stay if you’re doing the Channel Islands! About a 15 - 20 minute drive to Ventura harbor where boats depart with two comfortable queen beds and a clean bathroom. Realistically it sleeps 4, because the futon in the description wasn’t there. There was an inflatable queen mattress that did the trick but it did deflate over time. The backyard space was AWESOME and the host was friendly and super responsive - we would definitely stay again if traveling as a group of 4 or less.

Amazing Location

We really enjoyed ourselves on this trip. It was very close to the beach and a lot of the local restaurants and thrift stores The host was very gracious and helpful. The outside fire pit was nice to sit outside in the evening.

Relaxing getaway

Great outdoor space with a hammock and lots of tables and chairs. With evening ambiance lights. Clean and spacious. Close to restaurants and the beach. I had great communication with host. Would definitely stay again

Comfortable convenience

Bungalow was very comfortable and had everything we needed and more for our stay to visit the Channel Islands National Park. The location was close to the harbor and near many other activities. Our host communicated instructions timely and was a pleasure to work with!

Michael was very Welcoming and friendly. Loved the area. The place is conveniently located to nearby shopping for groceries and beaches and restaurants. Loved the amenities. I am recommending this place to friends who travel to California. Love it! Will be using this place again when i travel to California again.

This is a great place to stay. Very private with a great patio to grill or just chill out. Bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Spacious living area. We went for my daughters wedding and it was the perfect place to get her ready for her special day. Thank you Daniel!

communication was great,very respectful and accommodating host, location was convenient for our stay activitities, property was in decent quiet neighborhood no issues at all, would def consider the home again for a stay if we’re out in the area

Very homey. It was the perfect location for us. Had everything we needed. Daniel went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and needs were met. What a warm and friendly personality this young man has! I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

Great service

It was a great stay I had a mistake in my part when renting but Daniel tried to help me and understood my issue even though there was nothing to do. We got lost when arriving to the property but Daniel was so nice to go and find us and take us to the house. He was very nice. The house was very clean with everything you need and we had a great stay. If we go back we will rent again.

Beautiful Bungalow

Beautiful clean place, friendly host. We live in the desert, We try and visit the beach and cool weather when we can. This bungalow was minutes from Port Hueneme beach and pier. So we had an easy time getting to sand and waves. There was a little back porch where we could enjoy the nice weather in between adventures. We have 3 preteens so having privacy and space is important for everyone. All 5 of us were comfortable and had plenty of space at this location. My family was happy with the rental, we would book again. ***We didn’t get any photos of the rental just a couple when we visited the Port Hueneme Pier.

House rental

As you know there were no clean towels or wash clothes upon arrival.Remember did not understand how to make coffee.

Hello Wilfred and thanks for the review. Sorry about there not being towels in the Unit upon your arrival. I have went ahead and purchased extra towels and wash cloths so that I can always keep the Unit stocked up ahead of time. Thanks for the feedback and safe travels!

My place is located near two of my most favorite beaches. "oxnard shores" and "silver strand" beach are two of the most beautiful beaches in the world. I have been to 12 countries and seen many beaches but ours here are so peaceful! you have to check it out for yourself :)
