Nice relaxing are for a family with plenty of room and areas for kids or adults to chill. Cool decorations and all the amenities needed. Plenty of local restaurants and fast food to get delivered.

Amazing place

Clean comfortable super helpful host I can’t recommend this place enough. Super great place to stay. Definitely gonna be staying there again when I’m back in town on business.

Good location , Enough space for the whole family with an outdoor patio ,We did not use the kitchen , Only downside I can think about is the bed matress they need to be replace other than that is a very great stay at a great price.

Wonderful place and very clean. Great communication with the host from check-in to checkout. Close to the base and beach. Highly recommend this place.

Nice, clean older home. Beds were comfy and communication with host was great.

The house was super clean. There were two bathrooms but they are just next to each other. The bathroom with the tub we couldn’t get hot water from even though there were instructions on how to maneuver the faucet to get the water hot. Not t too big of a deal since the shower had hot water. Our only complaint was that this was listed as a home for big families and we are a family of 6 and there wasn’t enough towels or silverware. We bought plastic silverware and bought a couple cheap towels. But a little weird. If there happened to be a washer and dryer there we would probably have gone back. It was a very clean decent place and not far from the naval base, the beach, or shops.

A Very Nice Getaway

My family (4 adults) was very happy with our stay! The home was very clean, all information was very clear, and it was a comfortable place to spend 4 days. Communication with the owner was excellent!

Girls National Park Vacay

Here from WI visiting some National Parks in CA. We spent 2 nights here while taking in Channel Islands national park. This was a very nice house and perfect location. It had everything we needed.

Cozy and comfortable!

Stayed at this property while visiting family for a birthday party on the beach! What a cozy comfortable stay, we will definitely choose this home again when returning to Oxnard. The host was very friendly and replied quickly to the inbox. Overall a great relaxed stay.

Great base for area activities

A comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring the area and Channel Islands. Nice kitchen for cooking dinner. Clean and upgraded bathrooms. Grocery nearby.

Nice roomy place in a convenient location

Did a weekend fishing trip and used this place as home base with a few friends. Nice location near the base, harbor, and straight shots to the freeways. Plenty of room, decent setup, ample parking, and worked just fine for our group. Property manager was prompt and easy to communicate with.

My place is very close to Beautiful beaches. There is also good restaurants and attractions nearby. I like Magic Mountain theme park and hiking in Malibu. There are also wine tours in Downtown Ventura or Deep sea fishing nearby! Kayaking and Jet ski's, or just watching a nice California sunset at Oxnard shores beach, there is a lot to do.
