We were in town for a baseball tournament…house was in perfect proximity to 2 different baseball fields. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores near by. House was clean and accommodated 3 families and our dog. Huge back yard for boys to play bean bags and for adults to grill out.

Clean house in a quiet area, but it smells. Maybe sewer gas? When we checked-in there was a very strong odor of cleaning solution that dissipated after a day. The strong smell of cleaning product was worse than the other smell.

Beautiful property. Lots of space. Fun rooms for the kids!

We had all of the right supplies for cooking. Everything was nice and clean. Coming into the time there, everyone was super efficient and provided everything we needed. We had a wonderful time.

Very nice clean home.

Home was very clean. Everything was in working order. Very well stocked with everything we needed (dishes, linens, etc). 2 living areas with 2 TVs was nice. It was also great to have use of the garage.

Family Reunion

This is the third time our family (4 different households) has stayed here together. Everything listed about this property is accurate. It is clean, easy to find and suits our needs. The owners respond very quickly which is appreciated.

Great place for an unfortunate reason

I have rented this house before. This time it was to accommodate a couple of extra family members. Our mother is going through end of life. The house is very welcoming!

Sadly it was a poor experience for our family

We rented this as a place to for our family when they came to KC for our wedding. When we went to leave groceries for our adult kids we were greeted upon arrival with a dilapidated looking home. Landscaping was a mess- a totally dead bush among voluntary trees and half dead bushes. There were dead limbs down in the backyard - later the children tried to make a TeePee with them. The front door had broken and missing molding. We were concerned. When we walked in, we were relieved to see the place looked clean and very attractive! The home is advertised as sleeping 10 (which is why we rented it) and we had made a reservation for 10 people- we were distressed when there were only eight places for people to sleep…and only eight sets of towels! We contacted the owners and asked where the other two people were supposed to sleep (?!) and were told there was an air mattress “somewhere in one of the closets”. We had to go back over and look for the air bed and then we couldn’t find bedding. We had to call and ask for bedding - but sheets were never brought- they dropped off 2 pillows and a blanket- no sheets. The only place to set it up was in the basement on the concrete floor. Our adult children told us there were animal droppings down there, we did not see them and they did not take a picture. Please check that for us. At our wedding brunch the kids shared stories of how glad they were to get out of there. I’m so sad that is their memory of their time at our wedding.
