Nestled in the unique coastal community of Olivia Beach, this beautiful home offers luxurious features and ample space for your outdoor adventures. You and your guests will also enjoy access to amazing on-site amenities like an outdoor saltwater pool and beach access via a staircase.

The beach is within walking distance and can be accessed via 150 stairs (with easier access points available within a short drive north or south). For surfing short or longboards, the beach adjacent to Olivia Beach has an excellent sandbar setup.

The nearby community center also includes a rock-climbing wall, two large pools, a basketball court, and a gym.

Take in peekaboo ocean views from one of three decks that extend from each level of this three-story home. Lounge on the gated side patio, or sip morning coffee on the front porch.

Inside, multiple living areas offer plenty of space to stretch out and relax - two fireplaces provide cozy warmth on crisp coastal nights. The chef in your group will appreciate the well-appointed kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

Nice home near the beach

The bidet was awesome. Beds were comfortable. The decks would have been nice if the fog ever lifted. It was a little confusing finding it but once we realized there was a narrow alley between the roads it was no problem. There really is only parking for 2 cars or maybe 1 big SUV. The pool is just across the street but don’t forget to bring the pendant to get in and it closed at 8pm and no hot tub. We drove to beach because we didn’t want to carry stuff several blocks. Overall we enjoyed our time.

Beautiful house!

The house was beautiful with an open floorplan, plenty of seating options, and modern features. The beach access isn’t super close but there are lots of options within a short driving distance. The neighborhood is very nice and we had a great stay!

Great home with minor inconveniences

This home is great. I would stay here again. The beds were comfortable, the house didn’t have any weird smells. The view was amazing, the TVs were great and we loved having access to the pool which was right across the street. That being said, the home has more than your average signs of wear and tear because it’s a rental. We found it odd that with how beautiful the house was, the garbage can was really beat up and dented and the foot press to open the lid was just the wire part because it was broken and hadn’t been replaced or fixed. The fridge shelves were wobbly and some were missing altogether. Not all the lights work on the washer and dryer so you’re guessing what setting it’s on. The road is narrow but we didn’t have a problem parking our SUV. Our last day there was really windy so the vent flap on the stove hood was obviously loud. Overall, we enjoyed the house and would rent again.

Great house

We loved our stay here. The house was beautiful, great location and quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and nice, TVs functioned well and lots of games to play. There were plenty of towels for our family of 4 as well. We had some trouble finding the key fob for the pool so we messaged the host and they were quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.With that said, there were some odd things about the house. Since the house was so beautiful, we were surprised to find that the refrigerator needs replacing because the shelves are wobbly or missing, the garbage can was pretty beat up and dented and didn’t even have a foot press cover so you had to step on the wire to open the lid, not all the lights on the washer/dryer function so you’re guessing at what setting is being used and the vent cover for the stove exhaust rattles very loudly when it’s windy. The “street” to get to the house is very narrow. It’s more like an alleyway but we were able to park our SUV just fine. I’d be less confident with a large truck but you can park on the street above and walk down. We couldn’t find the pool key fob and the host told us it’s a code and a fob is not needed however that was incorrect. The key fob was actually hanging by the front door and not attached to the welcome book like it said. You do need the key fob to get into the pool building. Overall, this was a great experience and we loved the rental. I’d definitely book this home again.

Beautiful house!

Overall our stay was great! The house is beautiful with an open floorplan and lots of space. The location is really nice with a short drive to anything in Lincoln City. The neighborhood is newer, safe and there is a small park with a playground, sand volleyball court, and swimming pool. We agree with other reviews that the beach access is fine but we ended up just driving to other access areas vs the walk to the stairs by the house or walking to the beach access lot down the hill. We also agree with the comments about parking; the street down to the house is narrow and the parking spot is right next to the house. We had a 2022 Ford Explorer and that fit just fine but anything wider could be challenging. If you have a larger vehicle, you can just park on the street just above the house and it’s a super short walk down the house. There aren’t a lot of “extras” at this home; so if you want things like beach towels, extra throw blankets for a family, or extra pillows… I would bring those along. There are plenty of games stocked & lots of seating. There are plenty of smart TVs too. We also agree with the reviews regarding the balcony railings; we didn’t have young kids with us but if you do, I definitely wouldn’t let them be unattended on any of the balconies (the railing wires are quite loose & the wood railings don’t feel sturdy). Our group consisted of 3 adults 2 teenagers and we were all comfortable and happy! We would definitely stay at again!

Tucked Away

Nice house in Lincoln City to stay at for our family of 5. Beautiful sunset views that incorporate the beach and large windows for viewing. My husband and I enjoyed having a separate living room and tv from the main living room on the master bedroom level. Only drawback was finding the small entry road to the property, we had our truck and it took some maneuvering to get in and out of the property each time.

Beautiful home, just missing a few things.

We loved our stay and would stay there again. The house needing baking sheets and better pot and pans. Also, almost every pillow was flat and needed to be replaced. The home was great otherwise and had more then enough space. Even had a peekaboo ocean view

Beautiful Home, Horrific Listing

Our stay happened to coincide with beautiful 85 degree weather - only to find that this home has no blinds on the main floor, no central air, and no fans apart from the ceiling fan in the main room. There was a surprisng lack of wind that day, causing the upstairs bedroom hit 88+ degrees. That lack of wind continued into the night - and so the room was impossibly slow to cool off and made us uncomfortable. Also be aware that the two parking spots pictured are in an alleyway that's maybe 14 feet wide. It's EXTREMELY hard to get cars in and out of these spots, and others have to squeeze past you to get down the alley. You cannot easily turn vehicles around anywhere in the alley. We had to use someone else's driveway, and I had to valet park cars. We resorted to parking on the street above the house. The house is on the side of a hill - the windows all have a 40-50ft drop. Every window that needs a child lock had one installed - and yet EVERY SINGLE ONE was broken. We had to have the windows open or else we'd have a 90 degree house, but the danger was real for our kids. Listing says: "Outdoor saltwater pool, Open Memorial Day to end of September" The pool was closed every single day of our stay. We had hoped to escape to the pool as our house cooked in the 84 degree heat. Listing says: "The chef in your group will appreciate the well-appointed kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances." Unless this home was robbed, this is a ridiculous statement given the poor assortment of pots/pans/and knives we found. We struggled to make mac and cheese with the pots available - resorting to an oversized stock pot because no better option existed. The "full suite of stainless steel appliances" includes a 10 year old refrigerator where half the plastic shelves on the door were missing, and the ones that were still there were barely clinging to life with huge cracks through them. Listing says: "The beach is within walking distance and can be accessed via 150 stairs" What this fails to mention is that those 150 stairs are quite literally HALF A MILE AWAY from the home (confirmed via google maps), and involve a quarter mile descent to the community playground area followed by 4 flights of stairs back up to the road - and then a 150 stair staircase down to the beach ~100 feet below. This is the most generous use of "within walking distance" I've encountered, and is not "walking distance" for kids, elderly, or expecting mothers - of which we had all three.) God forbid you want to go home after spending some time at the beach and need to climb those 150 stairs, and half mile hilly walk home. Listing says: "Parking notes: Parking for two vehicles is available in front of the home." It'd almost be funny how inaccurate/misleading this is if it weren't so incredibly frustrating during our stay. Long story short - this home is betrayed by the inaccurate listing, lack of maintenance and lack of amenities.

Clean, comfortable, terrible parking

House was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was moderately stocked-we made do just fine. Our biggest complaint is one that can’t be fixed, but maybe should be stated in descriptions. The roads are SUPER narrow-like only room for one car going one way. We drive a Ford F150 and felt like we barely fit. Our truck fit in the parking spot only when I got out of the passenger side and my husband parked so close to the porch the passenger door couldn’t be opened. He then would have to pull out so I could get in-it’s that tight. The only way 2-3 cars would fit here is if they’re all tiny smart cars or mini coopers. If you drive a big truck…don’t stay here, it’s kind of stressful to be honest.

Great Home

Loved our stay! House layout is great! We loved the neighborhood and location. Only improvement I would suggest is having an actual grill. The fire pit was wonderful for s’mores, but we would have loved to BBQ.
