Charming property within a short walk to beach. Perfect for 2 couples and a dog. Included dog toys, blankets and dishes. Would definitely rent again

We travel to the Coast each year usually around September, and stay in a beach property. I will say this was the best experience we have ever had. It delivers on every level. Clean, supplied with everything you'll need, and things you didn't know you would need. Complimentary start up supplies were very helpful. Super dog friendly too! Thank you Charlie's Look out for a memorable stay.

Loved the deco and how close we were to the beach. Our lab felt right at home as we did.

This house is in a perfect location for beach access. It is set up nicely if you bring your fur baby. It is clean, well appointed and everything is nicely signed so stuff is easy to find.

Perfect spot if you are traveling with dogs. Close to everything beach access is perfect. Will be staying here again, pro tip bring a baby gate and install top of staris so your dog can enjoy the patio deck and you dont have to worry about them going down the stairs.

Great Stay in Lincoln City

We really enjoyed our visit at Charlie’s Lookout! It was very cute and clean, the beds and all the furniture were comfortable, and it had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. It was an easy walk to the beach and we could see the ocean from all the front windows. It was a great location and we’d be happy to stay there again.

Loved everything and this was the first house at the beach where nothing was broken! It is very rare at the coast (from our experience) where you are able to open the windows and the screen is not broke and there isn’t a mountain of dirt sitting there. They had a fully stocked kitchen and everything your doggie needs to feel at home. My family would definitely stay here again!

great place

We stayed at this property for our 46th wedding anniversary and enjoyed every minute. So close to the beach access and had great views from the inside. Everything we needed to cook when we stayed in instead of eating out,

Charlies Lookout

At the very south end of Lincoln City, but has a great beach access not even a block away. Very clean, comfortable, lots of extras like coffee, dog treats and towels.
